Description

The Sierra Comfort Standard 4-Section Electric Lift Massage Table (SC-3002) is our favorite electric lift stationary massage table. The steel frame and 3” of high-density foam offer durability and comfort. The table height is controlled electrically with a foot pedal assist, ranging from 16” to 31”. The backrest and leg rest are adjusted manually, assisted by pneumatic gas lifts. Face cradle outlets at both ends of the tabletop offer versatility. Included are an adjustable face cradle and face pillow. The SC-3002 is a practical design, offering convenience and reliability.

I bought this table from Amazon in 2018. I see 20 clients a week, and use all different techniques from deep tissue to lymphatic drainage massage. This table has been my ride or die for almost 10 years. The motor is still quiet, the sections that lift still work great and are quiet. The only thing that I've ever replaced on the table is the head rest. I've moved it from office to office about 5 times, the wheels make moving it so much easier. The upholstery is still great too. I have a table warmer on most days. When the day comes that I need a new table, I will not hesitate to repurchase this. Also, pay for the white glove delivery. Definitely worth it to have two strong men bring it in and not wrestle with it yourself. ... show more

Update: This is Mom. I called Amazon support, was still within my return period, they were Awesome. Promptly gave me 2 options a replacement table or partial refund. Daughter is overall happy with table and already bought a replacement headrest so decided for partial refund and it was processed within a few hours. Definitely would say plan on getting a different headrest if purchasing table. It is a decent value if trying to upgrade without breaking the bank Disappointed with Headrest Malfunction – Design Flaw Caused Client Disruption and Lost Income I received the Sierra Comfort Standard 4-Section Electric Lift Massage Table about 3 weeks ago as a thoughtful gift from my mother to celebrate my new office space. Unfortunately, the headrest frame that came with the table has already failed, and I’m extremely disappointed. Yesterday, during a session, my client was simply adjusting their face in the headrest cushion when a loud “click” sound came from the headrest as it suddenly dropped slightly. This startled both of us—and it continued to happen several more times throughout the session. Afterward, I discovered that a metal pin had fallen out of the headrest’s adjustment handle. I attempted to fix it before my next client, but the same issue occurred again, disrupting yet another session. Today, the handle completely fell off when I tried to adjust the headrest before my first appointment. I was unable to repair it in time and had to cancel the session altogether, resulting in lost income and professional frustration. This issue has not only disrupted my ability to provide care safely and professionally—it has also caused significant stress and disappointment, especially since this was a heartfelt investment from my mom. A massage table should be durable and reliable, particularly one at this price point. This feels like a serious design flaw, and I hope Sierra Comfort addresses it quickly. ... show more

Had this about a week now and couldn't be more pleased. Everything is as advertised. My clients have raved about the comfort and flexible options this offers and I've barely scratched the surface of different things to try. 30" tabletop is about the perfect width for all but the most bariatric users. The cushioned top is very comfortable, however I do use an additional 3" foam topper for added decadence. I have not experienced the stiff head/foot hydraulic assist movements others have mentioned...it's been smooth for me. As best I can tell there is no better value for $ combination on an electric lift table available anywhere. My only regret is not not springing for this sooner. 2 minor nits...but not enough to lower the rating. #1 The shipped face cradle is a bit stiff and not terribly comfortable. It'll probably loosen up with time, but I'm using previous one that I like anyway which has more adjustability anyway. #2 The power LED under the table is really, really bright. It nearly provides it's own ambiance...but I prefer to manage my own lighting, so a piece of tape over it solved that. One hint, if it's available in your area, get the inside delivery option. It's well worth it IMO...I blew right past it in checkout and struggled a bit to get the thing to my massage room. My fault, not the delivery company who was awesome. ... show more

Bought the table Aug 2019. Had it almost a year & someone broke it. Big patient needing to sit upright. I put the top half of the table upright & left him to get onto the table while I went to get something. I came back to this. See pictures. Thankful my uncle may be able to repair this soon. For future buyers of this table, it's still worth it. Just know that if you have a very large client that will be holding/pushing/pressing onto the table to get onto it that you need to keep the top flat (not upright) & THEN once they are on the table that is when you can raise the top for upright sitting position. Update Jan 2021: My uncle was able to remove the metal rod that was bent & the hinges that were broken & weld & repair them, reinstall & my table is back to normal. Now that I'm on here I am reading reviews by others. I would like to add the noise the table makes when lifting & lowering the foot/knee bend is VERY loud & I have to use a LOT of force to raise & lower this section of the table. Also because this knee bend isn't very conforming to people's legs & feet when prone, I get a lot of foot inversion &/or eversion & sounds of toes rubbing on the table (even through a bottom sheet). This table's knee bend feature is not conforming to prone positioned feet/lower legs at all. I add rolled towels under ankles sometimes but not always b/c that adds to my laundry. Was hoping to not have to use a bolster anymore with this table's feature. Also, I'm already shopping to replace the face cradle as it's already stripping gears & VERY VERY loud & already having that ...UGH... dreaded face drop when face pressure first gets applied...drops just once & catches itself a little lower down, not all the way down. UGH!!!!!!!! But every table I've ever used has issues. For someone working fulltime in a fast-paced medical clinic an electric table is a must or my body would be dying quicker than it already is. ... show more
