Description

The 20V pruning saw is built to cut thick limbs up to 6'' without compromising its slim and lightweight design. Weighing only 3.1 lbs with the battery, it supports one-handed operation and minimizes strain during extended use. Equipped with the Worx high-efficiency brushless motor, it delivers a 33 ft/s chain speed for fast and clean cuts. Powered by a 20V 2.0 Ah PowerShare battery, it makes up to 160 cuts on 2 in diameter branch per charge. Featuring a smart lubrication system, it automatically adjusts oil flow based on branch thickness to maximize chain life and minimize waste. For safety, the upper guard reduces kickback risk and prevents accidental contact with the chain, while the hand guard shields your hand from flying debris or sharp branches in tight, overgrown spaces. As a bare tool, it's ready to integrate seamlessly into your PowerShare arsenal. New to PowerShare? This unique battery platform lets you use 20V, 40V and 80V tools with the same batteries and charger.

    • Great tool for DIY tree trimming
Style: 6" Brushless Purning Saw Tool Only
I love this product. I used it extensively over the last few weeks to trim trees in our yard. I used a pole chainsaw to cut high big branches, and then used this mini chainsaw to cut lower branches and cut the big branches into smaller pieces. It works great for anywhere from thin flexible branches to thicker ones. The thickest ones for me were 5” wide, and it cut them like butter. Be aware that when the tool is new, the chain will stretch, so you need to tighten it after use. It’s very simple, just follow the pictures in the user manual. Also fill oil for smooth operation. The battery lasts for about an hour of almost non-stop cutting. This mini chainsaw is effective, small, light, and very easy to use. My wife started using it as well. Highly recommended. ... show more

    • GREAT little workhorse!!
Style: 6" Brushless Purning Saw Tool Only
I got this pruning saw to fill the gap between branches too large for my 2" loppers and too small for a full sized chainsaw. I used it all day yesterday clearing our hiking path through the woods and it worked without issue and on one 20v 4amp battery. The tool is lightweight in itself and still manageable with a battery attached. I have five WORX PowerShare tools, some of which are seven years old (including a Nitro lawn mower) and have yet to have an issue with any of them. The only thing I'll mention is that as the manual says, the chain DOES loosen as you use It. To tighten it, there is no separate tool or knob - you remove the cover for the blade housing, make sure the chain and bar are still seated properly, and replace and re-tighten the housing cover again. It sounds absurd to have no other tension tool as on a larger saw, but it does work. I called Customer Service and they confirmed I was doing it correctly. (At this time - April 2026 - the tool model is so new they don't have it on their website yet, hence my call.) ... show more

    • Easy to use, lightweight, perfect for smaller jobs.
Style: 6" Brushless Purning Saw Tool Only
We had a big windstorm with multiple branches down, big and small. I used this handy little chain saw and it worked perfectly on branches with diameter of appr.2 inches.

    • Just the right size for every day small jobs.
Style: 6" Brushless Purning Saw Tool Only
Chain saws have always scared me, not this one. I can go out and keep branches trimmed without a problem 78 yo woman that likes being able to do things myself.

    • 6” Nitro Battery Pruner - awesome performance!
Style: 6" Brushless Purning Saw Tool Only
I’m now an owner of six Worx battery tools, 10” chain saw, hedge trimmer, 14” lawn mower, leaf blower, small vacuum cleaner and now the 6” Nitro pruner, model WG327.9 (no battery or charger). Just cut a bunch of dead limbs up into 5” pieces for my Solo Stove and it worked perfectly. Easy to hold, cut through limbs up to 4” like butter, and probably got 150+ cuts out of it. 100% happy! If you want to register it for Warranty you will need to call customer service since this model number has not been entered. ... show more

    • Annoying safety switch anti ergonomic.
Style: 6" Brushless Purning Saw Tool Only
Not as powerful as hoped. But, yeah , quite adequate for intended purpose. Solid enough. Safety button problematic, NOT ergonomic or easy to push while gripping. One questions if safety button is that bad, how many new dangers are generated by frustration operating it. Give ya 5 stars when you redesign safety button to be useful. Rest is well designed, decent quality control, and should last expected lifespan at that price. ... show more
