This chair fit my needs perfectly. It was not hard to put together. The instructions were a little unclear when putting the seat on though. There are four screws to attach. The instructions say to attach the first two (and describes them) and then the second two. But, it is not actually clear which ones they are referring to. So, make sure that you do two of the diagonal screws and then the other two diagnonal screws. Put all in loosely before tightening and then tighten each a little at a time. Tightening one all the way before the others might make it difficult to get the rest in. The color is nice and the lumbar support, while it has limited flexibility, is sufficient for me. I had a fancier chair last year that was good but this chair is much better! It has a wide seat and a very padded cushion. The tilt is comfortable and the chair was super easy to set up. I can sit in this chair all day without any issues. The back and neck support are just what I needed. The color of the Khaki chair is more of a light brow/gray color. Initially, after seeing the color, I thought mistakingly ordered the gray chair. However, I made no mistake and the color and the color of the chair as shown in the photos is more important of a true beige/khaki. The color received is not even close to what appears in the company photos and shown in my picture of the chair. It’s disappointing. since I wanted the lighter beige color to match other items. The chair is otherwise fine with the exception of the color and it being difficult for me to assemble. Some screws and holes were not matching after assembling per instructions. It also sits pretty low to the floor at the highest height setting. I am a 5”8 female, about 160, and prefer to sit higher. Positives is that once assembled, it seems pretty sturdy and the headrest is decent for me. ... show more
