1. Camera quality is alright, bright lights make it blurry and you can’t see license plate numbers. 2. Suction cup is not good, barely holds up camera in the heat however where i live it gets over 115 so i bought a mount that holds it onto my rear view mirror. 3. MOST IMPORTANTLY, When recording new footage it all comes up as a damaged file and cannot be viewed, i’ve attempted resetting format, deleting all footage, restoring factory settings and nothing fixes the problem. The “protection plan” is a waste of money and time because the only solution they provide is to contact Amazon to return the product. The entire point of a dash cam is to have footage that is easily accessible to look back on, so this camera is entirely pointless. I wish the warranty i paid for actually fixed the issue because i would like to keep the camera just have it repaired. Save your time and money, I now have to return this and wait for a refund while also finding a new brand of dash cam because this one does not do the job.

Absolutely lied to about the max sd card size. It would be weird for a 2k camera to only accept a 64gb card, 128gb card works fine, gonna try higher memory later. Sd card slot plate shifts easily, if your not careful about the card orientation or direction it slips in, it's very easy to load it BEHIND THE PLATE AND LOSE YOUR CARD FOREVER. had to get tweezers to remove it. USB connector hangs half out of the port but somehow still gets power. Only good thing so far is the screw in to mount it rather than a loose sliding clip.

It works fine, but you have to keep checking if it’s recording. Sometimes it stops, and I need to turn it off and on again. Also, it needs regular space clearing. Overall, it’s okay for the price.
