Very very very thin. We have hardwoods and though this is cute and washable, we ended up buying another rug for our sons room. No funky smell at all, no creases which was a plus. It is very soft to the touch. This rug is now in our office, which we like better. It’s so thin that the office chair glides just fine on it. Though it’s so thin it’s almost impossible to put a rug pad under, and it’s hard to vaccine because it’s so light weight. I plan to put rug tape on the corners to make vacuuming easier, but then this makes washing more complicated. At the end of the day if you want something that looks cute, but doesn’t need to add any comfort this could be a good option!

Honestly, this rug pretty much sucks. I’ve had it for a week and it’s already super dirty. It feels and looks more like a blanket. It’s very thin. The colors are not printed on well and it looks patchy. It is soft though. But, realistically it shouldn’t be worth more than 20 bucks. I never write reviews but this is really bad. I would not buy. Go ahead and invest in a better rug. 100% would not purchase. I’m not picky either. It just really isn’t great.
