Okay. I am a shower person. It relaxes me and helps me smell better. So, when I ordered this at the price it is I was pleasantly surprised. It actually was not difficult to install. It is a very durable and heavy material. The rainhead puts out so much water that we have to turn down the faucet in the tub because so there is not so much pressure. The handheld can rinse your body off in about 20 seconds with the power behind it. It overall makes for a very pleasant shower experience which we never really had in our home prior to now. Me, my wife, and my 3 teens are very happy with the product.
