So far so good. I must say that this company does a terrible job in providing visuals and videos to clearly explain how this product works to a non-technical type like me. They do not even have live support so that you can ask questions. It took me about an hour to hunt and string together videos made by others to figure out my questions. But in terms of reliability, once I figured this out, I was very pleased. The product charged up and then filled up 2 tires FAR BETTER than the gas station air supply stands. Thank you "UPDATE" about 3 weeks later: due to the unseasonably cold weather lingering on, I'm getting a lot of use from this product. I am so thankful not to have to rely on gas stations. As someone who sufferers from inner ear dizziness from time to time, I would otherwise be unable to fill my tire with air, bending over. I absolutely do not recommend this product. I bought it a couple of months ago (to replace another air pump), and tried to use it yesterday. It doesn't want to turn on even when plugged into the car. And, when it finally started pumping air, I could not get it to stop using the on/off button. I also tried setting the pressure, and it would not start pumping using that option. At one point, it showed that my tire had 89 psi of air! Obviously wrong. My manual tire gauge showed 37psi. I am out of the return window now. A total waste of my money. I had researched and thought this was one of the better products on the market. Unfortunately, the inflator has a lot of plastic parts that easily break. I was only able to use it 2-3 times. It is good when it works.

    • Very bad air chuck connector.

The air chuck could not be connected to any of my standard Schrader automotive type valve stem. Tried it on 2 cars and a bicycle. It was much too tight to even be forced on. if forced on the threads of the valve stem would quickly destroy the rubber seal. A ire inflator that can not be connected is useless. The inflator can not even be tested to determine it is in working order. If you cut off the cheap plastic air chuck that many consumers found at fault , replace it with a good after market air chuck you will probably not be able to return it. It was easier for me to buy and install a better air chuck than to return the unit therefore I gambled and installed a new better air chuck. It was not practical to send the faulty air chuck to China for the manufacturer's inspection. The performance of this inflator with a new air chuck seems to be extremely well suited for my purposes. It would be worthy of many more stars if equipped with a decent air chuck Air chucks were advertised for $5 to $25 ... show more

I am a 78 year old woman. This is my dream machine. 4.4 #, works easy peasy, keeps me from worrying about my car tires, no visiting the tire machine (that barely works) at the gas station. Regens easily. Honestly, I should have bought this years ago. Thanks to Forbes Vetted, I found about this product, which they rated No. 1 tire filler. I am so happy I bought this. My only complaint is that it may have too many buttons and may be confusing to older people. My dad does seem to keep pushing buttons until it turns on and off.
