My wife and I have 3 small children 6, 9 , and 10. And one Teenager, 16 yrs of age. 2 of our children are Autistic , one being nonverbal. They are forces to be Reckoned with. They live to create, and to create, could mean to destroy or it could mean to build and make something wonderful. Either way, they make a mess. We do or best to go through a clean up time with them at the helm, but we have been looking for a sweeper that can handle this mess, not let itself be broken easily by the mess and be able to get the job done.... Oh and as quiet as possible too. This Shop Vac stood up to all these challenges and more. The Shop Vac is unbelievably quiet and powerful. This machine is impressive. It is worth every penny i assure you. We have had dysons, and Sharks and Dewalts and all the rest and not one worked out either being too loud and a trigger for my kids or they couldnt keep up with the load. I use this in a grooming shop and it’s GREAT!! It IS pretty quiet. My only complaint is that the hose randomly falls apart while you are using it. I’m hoping once it’s worn in it will stop coming apart.

Super quiet. I can no longer hear the vacuum running while wearing my Beats headphones. I detail for a living so hopefully this’ll save me from needing hearing aids in the future lol (The Bauer Detailer from Harbor Freight 1.25inch hose kit fits perfectly on the end of the 2.5 inch hose too!)

I’m so impressed with how quiet this vacuum is! I can clean my whole house without waking up my kids or disturbing anyone. Despite being super quiet, the suction power is incredible — it easily picks up dust, pet hair, and crumbs from both carpets and hard floors. It’s lightweight, easy to move around, and the design feels really modern and solid. I also love how simple it is to empty and clean the dust bin. This was bought to replace another Shop-Vac we bought 20+ years ago and it finally gave up the ghost. I ordered this from Amazon and it arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. I am amazed at how quiet it is. If the other Shop-Vac I have dies, I will be buying another one of these.

    • Lots of power and quiet

So far so good. Used in to remove leaves from our gutters ( and a lot of leaves). Appears to have excellent suction and is very quite. Had a much older different brand that sounded so loud. This one is a joy!! However, I hope that it lasts as long as the loud one!!!
