I purchased this as a gift for a friend starting her own business. Two weeks into having to ask her husband to print shipping labels while at work, and both of them being frustrated if/when it didn't work and I as done for her lol. This arrived for her the day after ordering it and from all i've heard, it's been great. Initial setup went a little slowly but she's also not used to using things like this. That being said, she did still figure it all out on her own so I would still say it's easy to use. Comes with a fair amount of labels, I do wish it came with more but it was on me for not paying attention when I ordered it! Love how compact it is, wireless connectivity seems to work great. She uses it with an iPhone 16 I believe.

Waste of time and money. It says it’s Bluetooth but doesn’t work Bluetooth for Mac, instead you have to install some stupid program on your computer that ends up doing absolutely nothing at all. Thanks for nothing.

I love this thermal printer as it’s quick and not complicated at a good price! since I have had it, it holds up very good & I do keep it plugged in no fire or any damage to it. Connects via bluetooth easily as most things should! It seems tricky at first but after figuring it out it’s smooth from there!

I have wanted a thermal printer for a long time. I decided to give this one a try. I'm so glad I ordered this printer. I will now be able to print my shipping labels quickly and easily, as well as various other logos etc. I wanted this printer for my business. I haven't used the phone app with it yet, as connected to my pc will be the majority of my use case. Which is extremely simple. If you need a thermal printer, I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone. It will be my new favorite "toy" for a while I'm sure, as printing non essential things will be something I find myself doing with it. (as the photo attached shows). When it comes to setup, all you do is download the driver, install it and you are done. After that, opening any pdf documents you need to print, clicking the print icon and selecting the proper printer opens up the printing application.
