This is a very good product and it seems like it helps to not only jiggle your muscles enough enough to feel like you've done some work but also to kind of realigns your joints as well. At least as someone with osteoarthritis that is the way it feels for me. One thing that is very important to know is that the picture they show of the woman standing on top of the device is extremely inaccurate. I am not saying this isn't a good product but what I am saying is that the girl must be about 2 and a 1/2 feet tall to make the unit look as big as the picture implies. The image online shows a very large platform but in reality it is a small platform to stand on. If you are a tall person this may not be the item for you.Did I get this product if you are close to the weight limit capacity

I was worried it was going to be too big, but the picture proportion is a little off and the size is fine. Pretty durable so far and easy to store. Price is good compared to similar products. It's a slightly loud, but not terribly so, and you get used to it. Sound doesn't bother me at all, just don't expect it to be totally silent. Work up your usage time gradually, don't use it too much too quickly or you'll fry your muscles. Would recommend. ... show more

it was missing/broken piece on the rope/handle when I received this. Looked all over in the box to make sure that the hook mechanism wasnt in the bottom of the box, but it was just missing all together.
