It’s everything I expected it would be. We LOVE our outdoor furniture. The assembly was super easy. Lots of parts and extras in case we lose anything. The material is soft, which I’m happy about. Very comfy to sit and lay on. Easy to arrange. And we bought a separate cover to place over it when it rains but it’s waterproof and the water just bounces right off of it. But for it to last long we like to cover it. Very durable so far. Our kids love playing and laying on them. Fits perfectly on our deck and gives it a very elegant vibe.

We are at the seven piece and are so pleased with it. I read reviews that said that the cushions are really thin and flimsy. I don’t agree. I think they have plenty of cushion and I like that. It’s more of a nylon material and will hopefully be really easy to clean. A heads up for anyone who is planning to assemble this on their own. I love assembling products and I am good at it. I’m the one In our family to assemble everything at Christmas time, and it’s a lot of fun for me. Before assembling, I read a review that said it had takenanother buyer a little longer than they expected to assemble at 60 to 90 minutes. So I was planning on about 90 minutes. I opened the first of two boxes and organized everything to be sure I have all the pieces and then began assembling one piece and then the next until I completed the seven pieces. It took me 6 1/2 hours. (I am now guessing that the review I read was by someone who assembled one or two seats and not seven seats.) It looks good and it’s so reasonably priced, but it took way too long to assemble. I just wish the assembly time required had been clear upfront.

The product itself is great. However, if you need support from the manufacture for replacement of damaged parts or any warranty issues, there is none available. The only phone number Amazon provides does not work. It is a wireless number and after calling & texting several times the seller blocked my phone number. If you are concerned try the number listed for product support before ordering. Or just take your chances.

Ok, we looked at many different patio furniture sets based on price and looked at a lot of reviews a common review on this set was it was kind or a pain to put together from my experience it was not bad at all though time consuming yes it took about 3hrs to put together but not difficult, the instructions were clear as well at least I thought so. Pros: Seems to be made from decent materials Decently comfortable Good customer service / responsive Easy assembly Cons: Had missing parts Heavy boxes (Personal opinion) all patio furniture is short Time consuming to assemble There were some missing parts I email customer service they were responsive got the info they needed and sent the parts that were missing and received them with a week. The full patio set came in two boxes very well packed in the boxes, the down fall is they are heave so the shipping company has to handle very large boxes that are heavy and one was kind of broken open but there was no damage the could do a little bit to maybe reinforce the boxes so they are a little bit more durable for shipping knowing they are heavy and it’s a complaint that they show up damaged. Over all pretty happy with what we got though.

Great price for what I needed for a rental unit without splurging too much on something too expensive. I bought this same model and color selection from the same seller last year and it did well over the spring throughout the winter although I did bring in the cushions when it rained or snowed. The color does fade a bit after a year of sun but it’s expected. The stability is pretty good once put together to but it does have a weight limit so watch for that. I just wish there was a better way to lock/join the section pieces together. I don’t use the small feet provided because we get little snakes during the summer and I don’t want them getting under it. The lock/joins they send are meant to go under each section piece when using the feet so because I don’t use the feet I can’t use the locks. My only real disappointment is that they changed the frame structure size from last year. The frame dimensions are smaller and the cushions thickness is thinner so it lacks the softness for support as well so it’s not a 1 to 1 match to last years model but I’ll make it work for what I need.

Let me just say I bought 2 of these sets because of their versatility. I have a screened in patio and one section of it is a very long and narrow. With two sets of these, I lined the wall with a long couch. The other two in end pieces I made a loveseat in front of my breakfast window. Most of the description of this set is accurate. They are very short, which I don’t love, but I also don’t hate. I am currently trying to figure out a way to raise them up a couple inches. I do have them sitting on furniture risers, they are not sturdy enough with the tile I have on the patio. If you are a tall person, I would not recommend this set because of how short they are. I am a 5’6” female and they’re still a little too short for my liking. The pictures stated the cushion measurement was 3 inches on one page and 4 inches on a separate page. These seat cushions measure almost 2 inches. I am also currently trying to figure out if I want to buy 4 inch cushions or not, which it would raise the seat up some. Then you run into the problem of the back of the chair being short also. You do have to put everything together. It’s not bad it just takes time. It took me probably about five or six hours to put both sets together. You even have to put the covers on all the cushions which isn’t that hard either. Pulling pieces out of the boxes at first I didn’t think I had everything but they do packet very tight and smart with pieces being inside other pieces. They do come with the clips, to hold 2 chairs together, that are needed to be set in place before each chair is fully completed. I did not know this because it was not stated in the instructions. I thought you would be able to snap them on after you figured out your configuration. Either I’m not strong enough to snap them on or they need to be placed beforehand. In conclusion, if you need something that is very versatile and will fit the needs of a small space this is it! If you’re looking for a set that you wanna sit in all the time and be comfortable I would probably steer clear of this one. It’s not bad but it’s not great either.

These were a cinch to put together. Didn't take long at all. They are much better than I expected for the price. I love the turquoise pillows. The only thing is, they could be a little thicker. I'll probably replace them with something with more padding inside for comfort. They look great on my deck with an outdoors rug.
