Product arrived timely, and was easy to assemble. As a side note…Yes, the manufacturer states to keep this out of rain and snow; however, I don’t have anywhere to store these pillows, so they stay out all year long. Inside the pillows, everything fell apart, trying to wash covers for the spring. Considering my dog Pillow that you see in the center was out there for the same amount of time and held up wonderfully, It is clear that the cushions could have been made from more quality material🤔(that white stuff on the floor, is from inside the pillows)

Is this top quality patio furniture? No. That costs $1000+ for this big of a set. Is it top quality $500 patio furniture? Yes. I’ve had it for over a month. I have 3 young kids climbing on it all the time. It’s perfect for my current needs and fits the space perfectly. The sizing was accurate. I recommend a impact drill and allen head bits. It makes the assembly a breeze.

I was entertaining for the first time and wanted to use my deck so guests could mingle inside and outside. The first.box arrived on schedule and the second box did not arrive. Amazon customer service was not able to get UPS to drop off the second half of the patio set in time. I had to drive 20 miles to get it from the UPS station. It takes 2 people to put together the set. It looks good, but the pillows are cheap and don't stay up and the seating sits very low like a children's set.

My initial impression was that this patio set was a good value. The installation was a pain - difficult at times, time consuming, and a bit off in some areas as would be expected from a made-to-assemble product. The chairs themselves sit a bit low for us and we are not a tall family. Six months later and we find the cushions discoloring - even though the patio furniture gets covered most of the time. It’s strange because the discoloration occurs mid cushion and not on the whole cushion. Sadly I am unable to post pictures or I would do so (not sure what I’m doing wrong). The worst part of this is both me and Amazon are unable to get the contact information for the seller (Amazon did offer a courtesy credit to offset the purchase of new cushions). The seller responded in another post that they do not sell replacement cushions. Given the above - notwithstanding the price - I would not recommend buying this patio set.

Ordered because assembled products had longer wait time. Overall, took couple of hours for the whole set with 2-3 people working together. Once done, it looks nice and feels sturdy and comfortable. Little low, but great for the price.
