I'm glad I picked these up. We have a 70" window facing the backyard which provides a nice view when sitting down and enjoying a meal. The issue has become, over the last couple of years is in the backyard we've had two diffent and over 40 feet tall trees come down. One tree fell. Have a feeling that a tree is being questionable in it's location or look, definetly contact an arborist. If we didn't have the tree cabeled it would have fallen on the house, this way it threaded between the house and garage and missed everything. As for the second tree, the house was sold, we are renters, and the insurance company said the pine tree next to the garage has to come down. I mention this because now we have no shade tress in the backyard, and the house get's sun blasted during the summer. Currently there's a pair of medium gray pull curtains that replaced the bamboo roller shade. We've taken to hanging a sunshade outside and it's time for an inside upgrade on the window curtains. These thermal blackout curtains function both as light and heat blocking, and having the longer curtain length helps with keeping the window and walls insulated. These curtains are thicker than the ones that were up and the quality is also a step up, which makes this, for us, a good value. Maybe the quality hardest to get across is the color and texture of the curtains. For our abode, these curtains matched our decore, and that can be a hit or miss, and in our case, it's a hit.

This is a set of two panel blackout curtains which is an exceptionally good value for price. These are 100% blackout for room darkening. They block out UV rays and have thermal insulation properties, block heat in summer and trap warmth in winter. The front side is a flax linen blend, beige in color and the back has a grey, rubber like coating which helps with noice reduction also. Easy to hang, each panel has 8 silver grommets measuring 1.6 inches. Nice quality, wrinkle resistant, hang nicely and machine washable. Would recommend.

These curtains are just what I needed.. They work great to make our bedroom dark by blocking the light , even in the daytime. They are thick enough to hang well and because they block the sun, they also keep the heat from coming in the window during the summer. I think it will help keep the heat in the room when winter arrives. The size was just what I needed and I like the calm color The price was comparable to others of this size and I would recommend you get some for your rooms.

I needed drapes that could be manually drawn on a single non-track rod, and extending from ceiling to floor. Additionally, they needed to match the color and texture of the sofa and be easy to clean. The grommet curtains matched the details and offered so much more. Described as a flax linen blend and as a faux linen blend, their texture is remarkable. The diligence is amazing. The grommet size and weight are proper. The upper fold, hem, and side edge are neat and precise. Thermal insulation offers added rewards for UV protection, noise reduction, privacy, filtered light, and machine washable. These drapes have work well with keeping heat in and not allowing much light in either. We like the beige color and our room feels more natural with them up. They were easy to install and are good quality.
