We put this fire pit table together yesterday. It was very easy, the look is excellent and the table is sturdy. The only problem is when we tried to light it, it wouldn't stay lit. We followed both the lighting instructions in the assembly instructions and the instructions on the table itself but it will not stay lit. It seems as if the thermocouple is not working properly. So now we are going to have to spend more money to get it up and running. I just figured that if we spend $300 on an item, it should freaking work. This is very disappointing since the fire pit is beautiful and sturdy which is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars. ... show more

Love this product and it's a great addition to my patio, but I want to somehow get in contact with the manufacturer because the panel with the window for the ignition and control knob had a large dent in it when it got here. I want to know if I can just get a replacement part for that without a full return. Other than that, it's awesome!!! ... show more

Unfortunately this firepit was obviously used/returned before it came to me. There are multiple scratches, the igniter switch is broken, have to use a long lighter to light the firepit. The blue rocks came in a box with one bag sealed and loose stones with the bag stuffed in the box. Some stones were broken. I don't want to return the whole thing. I would lobe to get the igniter panel replaced ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We assembled this fire pit table the very next day after we received it. It was easy to set up. The fire gives nice warm flame. The whole piece looks beautiful. Also love the cover comes with. It keeps the table clean.
