For an apartment and 1 cat the size is perfect, on top of it, it matches my living room, it looks really nice. Delivery was good, cat house came in a single box and was fairly easy to assemble. Please follow the instructions closely, I put one of the sections on backwards and didn't realize it for a bit and had to disassemble it and start over. My own fault, but the instructions are a bit weak. Once assembled the whole cat house was pretty sturdy and our 2 new kittens took to it immediately. They spend a good deal of their time climbing, playing and sleeping on it. We are happy with our purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this cat tree at an Amazon bin store, new in the box! I am a new cat mom, my partner has a 2 year old, Al, and a 12 year old, Khaleesi! They both love it, and Khaleesi will get some exercise climbing around! It was easy to put together, not much of an undertaking if you put some music on! 10/10!

The cats really enjoy it. There’s a piece you can nail into the wall to make the tree more stable, otherwise it wiggles around a bit. If the cats play hard enough on it, you’ll start to see little gray fuzzies everywhere from the material being scratched off. Very tall so measure your space before buying.
