First, the set is nice. This is the 2nd time I've purchased this same patio conversation piece. The first set lasted 3-4 years (I think) in the Florida sun (under screened porch). Now, let's discuss assembly...I have either used two of the longer screws in the wrong place or it was missing two (I am unable to attach back portion to frame/put one side in each) screws left are too short. I absolutely REFUSE removing screws from other chair. This means I have to run to the hardware store. This is disappointing. They are 30mm vs 40mm and I am going blind...a woman with hardly any hand strength left...and what cruel human invented the allen wrench (don't say Allen and if you do, I dislike him tremendously) why...can't we have regular screws, you know that you just need a good old screw driver for (two types of screws I'd like after this fiasco and one is a drink, the other, well nevermind). And if there a slight difference in length (stop it), can't they be marked in some way? UGH. I now have one chair, two ottomans and I haven't looked at or tried the table yet. All in the Florida summer heat. The Amazon guy didn't seem too thrilled with this type of delivery and the box....you guys may wish to reconsider how you package items, it was torn, flaps ripped up and off and missing...took a little longer than normal to arrive. BUT the product will last several years if things out of your control do not happen...I didn't see anywhere to reach manufacturer for extra parts. ... show more

It is a nice set for the price. There were a lot of screws nuts bolts and washers and assembly took 3 hours but came with everything needed to do so. Cushions are decent thickness

Great set for the price. Sturdy and looks really nice. Glad I purchased it. Easy to put together. Just watch out for table, two different screws and I didn't notice and had to unscrew the legs and start over. Other than me not paying attention it was super easy to put together. We got this set for a much cheaper price than other furniture we saw online. We thought it might look/be cheap but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg. When it arrived we found it was great quality/sturdy furniture and very easy assemble. It was a very pleasant surprise, definitely worth the risk!

    • Mini couch… for kids small butts.

It should state in the details this is a mini couch. It is not full size. It came in one long rectangular box. It’s is nice, comfortable, but is barely 2 feet off the ground. I might look into adding taller legs to it to make it at least as tall as my picnic table benches.

    • missing parts.... no table for me!
Well, I love the chairs and ottoman's. They were easy to assemble and sturdy. But then I unpackaged all the things I thought were there to assemble the table. To my surprise there were NO legs for the table- ZERO of the 4 were in there. I can't get new legs because Amazon doesn't give me that option. It just runs me in circles to re-package and return the entire order. Ummmm... no. I'm not taking apart the chairs and ottoman's, plus it only gave me the option of a refund, not a replacement. So that leaves me with a conundrum of how many stars to give this set- 5 for the ottomans and chairs, but 0 for the table. Very disappointing. ... show more
