I don't get the bad reviews. This set is perfect! It looks exactly like the pic & it's by no means tiny. I was so hesitant to purchase this because of other reviews stating it was very low to the ground and very small, but that is not the case at all! It's just right, if anything, it's actually kind of bulky and it's extremely comfortable. I'm 5'6 300lbs and believe me, I fit well and am very comfortable lounging on my balcony. I love love love it!

The media could not be loaded. A combination headline for you. The entire set arrived in two boxes all packed neatly and tight. The cushions were stuffed inside the pieces and being foam were compressed to save space. All of the pieces arrived in great condition (with one that needed a little pressure to line the holes up). Included was a small wrench and allen wrench for assembly, but to be honest it takes entirely too long using them. Save the effort and at least use a ratchet screwdriver with allen wrench tip. All of the pieces were well marked and the book showed the layout. I ended up using all the bolts provided for any hole that lined up to provide more stability. A few diagrams did;t show the usage of a few but the parts were provided (I counted first). The chairs can be interlocked with these plastic parts I show in the video providing numerous configurations making a couch, chaise lounge or just separate chairs. The table comes with a glass top that is heavy and includes suction cups on the bottom. The furniture itself is plastic coated and can do ok in all weather but I bought a cover (see my profile for the review on that). The cushions though are noted as only being water RESISTANT. So do NOT leave them out all the time in all weather. overnight dew or a quick sprinkle are no big deal Heavy rains and snow sitting on them will definitely leave a smell eventually. Overall we are loving the affordability for the style and look of the set. The weight can be moved in high winds, so keep that in mind and another reason to get a cover and clip all the pieces together as a big square if you intend on leaving it outside in all weather.

These were super easy to assemble. Easy to move around and rearrange. They're very cute. They're just not as water resistant as claimed. The material is but the seems and zipper are not. One rain storm and one of my pillows got ruined. Water got inside the pillow and soaked the stuffing. It's also not very UV/fade resistant. my pillows have definitely faded from the sun. I still love the whole set up. Worth the price for sure.

This was easy to put together, took my husband about an hour and 30 minutes. The finished look is absolutely beautiful and the cushions are comfortable. This is a great alternative to spending $2000 for a set from any furniture store or Lowe’s/ Home Depot. Yes it is made from cheaper materials which is why I gave four stars on sturdiness but the pieces don’t move once you set them up.

Update: Recieved a partial refund for the missing hardware and replaced it myself at local hardware store. Problem solved. Updating to 4 stars. If everything holds up after a few seasons I'll come back and update to 5 stars. Original review below: Instructions weren't the best. It comes with "plastic parts" and no where in the instructions does it say where these things go or what to do with them. I'm pretty sure they're to connect multiple seats together, but still, that should probably be mentioned somewhere. In addition the package that held the sofa and table didn't include any "T 35mm screws". It should have included 8 of these "T" screws, but unfortunately our package didn't include any . I've included a photo of exactly what I'm talking about. Without these I'm unable to completely assemble the table hence the one star review for now. Overall the chairs and sofa look nice and are pretty comfortable. Hopefully they'll withstand the weather for at least a few seasons. I'll update review once additional hardware is replaced and let you know how their customer service is.

The media could not be loaded. This seller should be ashamed of themselves. They laud this is a steel frame, but the feet are silver plastic. Not heavy duty plastic either. Some of the welds are rusty, so you know what that means...it will probably only last 1 year if that. When you assemble, if you still buy this after my review, do so on top of a drop cloth or blanket. The rattan scratches really easily. I can also tell this will sit really low to the ground. I'm already apologizing to my poor knees. I will update the review once it's all assembled.
