These really are bright, easy to put up and easy to set up. Unfortunately, after 3 days they no longer turn on. We tried multiple outlets, removed the remote connector piece, etc. They just aren't working anymore. The worst part is that I have to return them to get a refund. I'm unable to contact the seller thanks to Amazon's flawless app design, nor could I contact a human being in customer support to appeal this. I purchased something similar last year and they worked great. I wanted to add more lights. First thing works the remote didn't work right only the off and on. I laid them out and plugged them in and the stopped working. I didn't even get a chance to hang them. I am going to ask for a refund.

We bought two sets (cool white and warm white/multi colored) and hung them on the fence. They worked beautifully the first night. The next day, half of the lights were out on both sets. Really disappointing!!!

I purchased even despite the bad reviews. That was my bad. Too good of a deal, right? Worked upon opening but 3/4 of the way installing, they stopped working.
