I purchased this (and several others) to try on for a boudoir photo shoot. This one was the winner. The sizing was right on. I am 5'4", about 135#. The medium fit perfectly. It has a good amount of stretch and I liked that it was lined on the bust and lower in the front. The lace is soft and not stiff or scratchy. I also liked the small criss cross detail on the back and that the straps were a little thicker than some of the others I tried. This is one of the very few pieces of lingerie that I have ordered that I will actually keep. I have large natural breasts (36DD) and they need lots of support. I weigh 160 lbs. It did give great coverage of the mom tummy and offered decent support for the girls. I also love the way it sits on my curvy hips. This is not as sheer as the picture looks. It's a beautiful item, but I bought my normal size L and although the back has the cutest design, it's not flattering at all with fat squeezed all between it. Order at least a size above what you normally wear.
