I missed that this sleeve only has a side opening for the Computer to slip into. I bought two sizes including the largest one and both are side only. I would prefer a zipper that goes at least half way along each side and across the entire top or bottom. I understand that this one slim side only approach might prevent a few slip ups when someone forgets to zip the case up and grabs it to take off and the Computer falls out of it onto the floor. But NOT what I expected and at the price wanted. Otherwise these cases are quite lovely. Like I said I bought two and will keep them. But I prefer the half way even full opening zippers that go around 3 entire sides to let me access the entire case. I often use similar cases for other items too and just really am not a fan of over protecting or over thinking what I need approach because often for me personally it's not what I want let alone need. For this I do not recommend this style of case. I won't buy again and will look for ones that at minimum open a full half way around if I can't find a full 3 side opening version. The outside pockets are lovely and will hold smaller power banks and plenty of room for most cords, small mice, PC pens, and a few other tools even a small note pad for old fashion jotting down notes on the go or reminders. So for that I only deducted one star because yes the images show a computer being slipped in along the side or out on one end and that doesn't mean the zipper automatically is limited to that side only. But when I think about it the fact there is NO picture of the zippers opening further around the sides from kind of suggests it. But a hint is not fact either let alone lack of show and tell isn't also proof one way or the other. I almost returned but I'm being held hostage by the Federal Gov. Jury Court an on notice for the entire Month of Oct for being activated to report after checking in every week for 5 straight weeks so into Nov too. Anyway if I'm actually activated it means a 4oo round trip by car in messy wet fall to winter conditions here in NW MT and I realized I do not have a carrier for my currant lap top or new Surface Pro either one. I didn't even have anything for a tablet Amazon Reader Fire 10. So I went on line and picked out 4 cases and ordered all at once. I also do not carry a purse not since 1969 so I picked up two cross body types of bags that work with the notebook/e-reader and I plan to double duty these as cross body purses too to carry a water bottle, antacids, Calcium pills and aspirin and anti-hive meds with me plus tissues. I have chronic edema and I get severe muscle leg cramps if I do not take Ca+ daily and also suffer from uclers non-bacterial so the antacids to have on hand is a must. If they do not allow me to carry the body bag if chosen for a Jury I will make sure I wear jackets and pants with pockets for the pills as I keep these things in the car when ever I travel year round. And when I ditched the classic PURSE end of my Freshman year of College I have never felt comfortable with one since. I do carry a bag sometimes with my camera equipment in it and when I travel out of state or long distances beyond the 200 mile round trip we make for shopping at larger towns like Kalsipell MT or Spokane WA and a few stops in ID. Overall I really like the cross body bags and one that opens the full three sides is PERFECT to hold specialized ink pens for sublimation work. It'll even hold a few sublimation paper that's pre-colored and you cut out in shapes with the likes of the Cricut Joy and or die cutting machines and die cut patterns. Overall I choose well across the board with all four choices but missed this is a side only slip in which limits my bigger picture thinking of how I like to work and future uses. I'm always thinking out side the box and encourage everyone to teach it and practice it too. May your digital devices always work and happy designing. And yes I explored the idea of removing existing zipper and adding a longer one to do what I want....the way it's made which is very good kind of squashed it as not a very practical option. Could be done but not without a lot of WORK. Maybe I'll grow to accept these lacking the longer zip openings OR not...probably not. My cup however is always more than half full and I will make the absolute best out of these two my boo boo sleeves. Happy to have the protection if and when i travel and also in my 22 year old rebuilt Class B+ RV I worked on all summer. I went with the lighter grey colors because the RV I reupholsered in a lovely soft light grey marine canvas and it'll fit right into the decor so to speak.

This provides fantastic protection - love the reinforced corners and how it is padded all the way around the edges. Comfortable carry handle that is not in the way when used as extra protection within a backpack. Feels very secure and safe in this case. I haven't tested the water resistant features yet, but the fabric seems very durable and unlikely to pill. Appreciate the organizational features: the key holder would be better if it had a carabiner, as it is just a strap with a sewn loop at the end. Also wish both of the organization pockets were elasticized to provide more give. The front organizational pocket is padded, so can put tablet there although if also using the area for chargers the tablet will be pressing against these. The open sleeve pocket on the side would be even better if there was a magnetic closure, as it is helpful to have quick access but is not secure at all.

This is the perfect case for the 14” MacBook Pro. Fits nice and snug. Until cases with side zippers this zipper is on the end which keeps the zipper from rubbing the corner and sides of the MacBook chassis. Side pocket is perfect size for my iPad mini. I travel for a living so it’s great to have this case that works well with my backpack. Can pull the laptop strait out without having to pull the sleeve out.

This is just what I was looking for, Macbook Air is well protected. It fits like a glove, it also has plenty of room of external hardrive and an external USB hub. I also put a small external mouse in the case. Case is very well constructed and zippers are of high quality.

What a great bag for the MacBook Pro. The laptop fits perfectly inside and is snug and safe in the super-cushioned inside. The zipper works great and then the side pocket has room for several accessories and it doesn't bulge either. The color is nice and it feels nice. Really glad I chose this bag.
