The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing vacuum! Pros: Picks up pet hair quickly and efficiently- I went over my carpet only a few times and it picked up the most hair I have ever seen come out of that carpet! Picks up dirt and hair extremely fast. LED light!!! The suction power is insane and impressive. There is a switch to change the suction intensity which I like a lot. The vacuum is so light and easy to maneuver around. The lift away feature makes using the hose really easy and less annoying. I like the tube extension as someone with back issues. The pet accessory works with extreme satisfaction. The self cleaning brush roll is fantastic! I shed my long hair so much I needed to have this function. Dust bin collects a lot before needing to dump and it comes out with ease and the debris comes out swiftly! Cons: One place to put one accessory. Tips sometimes if you don’t use the lift away function. I noticed it more when I only used the hose and not the tube extension. No issues when using the extension.

Oh my goodness, apparently my previous vacuum was either just super old (5 years) or was just mainly meant for hard floors with some carpet because man I pulled like 8 canisters from my carpet the first time I used the new one. I like Shark vacuums and I previously had a shark ion duo cordless but my previous apartment was all hard floors with a few carpets I laid out so it worked. My new apartment is mostly carpet. I have ran this vacuum over it for like an hour and a half just in my living room which isn’t huge and was just dumping canister after canister. It was like my previous vacuum just surfaced vacuumed. It was like I was vacuuming up ash from a charcoal grill with the consistency of the dust but maybe it is just ash carryover from the previous tenants. There is a fireplace that I never use because I know my daughter would find a way to burn herself. Basically this vacuum is awesome! It has amazing suction power and it is not kicking dust everywhere. I like that it has two bins for dirt collection. One collects larger things like small toys you accidentally suck up which has a filter to the other bin which collects the dirt and dust. Totally worth the price. The only con is it is a bit awkward using the attachments because the hose is a bit short but it has great suctioning power. Also the box shows that it comes with a duo attachment holder since it comes with two attachments. But mine came with a single attachment holder. I’ve had this vacuum for about two weeks now.

Easy to assemble. Lightweight enough to push through multiple areas, yet sturdy and efficiently picked up carpeted as well as hardwood flooring. So much quieter than our previous vacuum, not a Shark…..excellent job.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using the Shark Lift-Away Upright Vacuum (ZD201), and overall I’m very impressed—I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Performance-wise, this vacuum really delivers. It cleans exceptionally well on both hard floors and carpet, and I love that it’s easy to adjust the suction depending on the surface. It picks up dirt, dust, and debris with minimal effort, and the edge-cleaning capability is especially noticeable—it gets right along baseboards and corners better than many vacuums I’ve used. One of the standout features is how lightweight and maneuverable it is. It glides easily around furniture and can get underneath low areas without a struggle. The Lift-Away function is a game changer too—it comes apart quickly so you can clean stairs, ceilings, and tight spaces with ease. It also includes two useful attachments that make cleaning corners, upholstery, and other surfaces simple and effective. The vacuum is bagless, and emptying the dust bin is quick and mess-free, which is a big plus. My only real complaint is the cord. While the length is great for reaching large areas, it doesn’t have an auto-rewind feature, so you have to manually wrap and manage it. The cord originates low on the vacuum, which makes it a bit awkward to handle, although I’ve found ways to secure it higher to make it more manageable. Still, it’s the least user-friendly aspect of an otherwise excellent machine. Also, the attachments are positioned on the side of the vacuum, so I have to remove them each time I use the vacuum or they will get in the way or fall off. Overall, this vacuum is powerful, versatile, and easy to use. Despite the cord inconvenience, I would absolutely buy it again based on its cleaning performance and flexibility.

Love this vacuum! Has been great for hardwood floors, carpet, and even thin rugs! Suction power is on point! I love the ease of use for either a handheld or a carry away with a long extension to hit high cobwebs if needed. This is my second shark vacuum I’ve bought in the last 10 years and will probably only continue to buy shark vacuums in the future if needed.

Replaced my 15+ year old D-Vac because it started making a noise like it was going out. Pros for this Shark, the headlight, you can see better with the lights out for dog hair and dust, has good suction and picks up a lot in the canister, easy to remove and empty canister. Cons- the cord is way to short, one room at a time, it's rather bulky and the smell when you turn it on, smells just like dogs.

This review is for the Shark Navigator lift away. So far I am pleased with it however the tank is not as big as lead to believe. It seems really powerful, picks up dirt, dust and all the hair so far. I have found it fairly easy to use. It is very ligh weight and easy to push. Nice appearance however the tools that came with it are worthless. the crevis tool is small the the brush tool is not really functional. I purshased this machine because I had heard good things about the Shark and it was on sale. I do like the headlight in the brush roll which helps see the debris. The power cord needs to be a little longer. Not sure I would purchase again as it seems to be cheaply made.
