This might be the best purchase I’ve ever made!! I have 4 kids who love to be outside. We live out in the country, and with this rainy Midwest spring my white rugs were absolutely wrecked. Mud, dirt, who knows what else. I thought my rugs were permanently stained and I was ready to throw them out and buy new ones. I decided to try the Shark CarpetXpert first and I’m so glad I did. I had been using my Bissell carpet cleaner and it just wasn’t cutting it. It would kind of clean the surface, but the stains never really came out. The difference with this is unreal. The suction and cleaning power is just insane. You can literally see it pulling everything out of the rug. The picture is after ONE pass. Literally one. I'm actually shocked. It also has a quick dry mode, which I love because with my kids running around,I was always worried about them running on the wet rugs. I’ve always been a fan of Shark products, but this just took it to another level. If you’re on the fence, GET IT!! It was also very easy to put together and isnt a huge thing to lug around which is another bonus. So so worth the price!

I had been using BISSELL’s pet-specific models for many years and always believed they were the best; however, after my daughter recommended SHARK, I recently purchased this particular model. To my astonishment, it removed dirt from the carpets in my home—where I have lived for 20 years—to an extent I never thought possible. I don't believe even my BISSELL machine could have cleaned them this thoroughly. Furthermore, cleaning and maintaining the unit after using the carpet shampooer is incredibly simple—far easier than I ever imagined possible with a BISSELL machine—allowing me to keep the vacuum itself spotless with ease. I think this is a great deal at this price, and It is just the right size—even for a woman over 60 like me—to carry from the first floor up to the second. I believe the water storage capacity is just right—neither too heavy nor too scant. I highly recommend this product.

I was in a toss up between this machine and a Bissell. This one was rated higher and I see why. It's very light weight and easy to maneuver. Very easy to use and I must say it works wonderfully. I used it on some filthy storage coffee table/foot stools and it made them look like new. Wish I had taken a before picture. I then switched it over and used it on my heavily soiled area rug. It also did a bang up job and that too. Got it dry quickly and finally it was very easy to take apart and clean. I noticed on reviews of other machines they said the dirty water part was barely full and it would have to be emptied. Well not this one it went half way and then I emptied once. So I cleaned upholstery and a rug in about 30 minutes. I really am happy with this purchase.

I bought this refurbished Shark CarpetXpert and I'm very pleased with it! It looks brand new and works well. It's not too heavy for me to use, the instructions were included and easy to follow. I really like the quick dry mode. It made it easy to go over the carpet repeatedly to speed up drying. I used the hand tool to spot clean traffic areas and to clean a chair. It did a great job. The unit comes with a 6 oz bottle of CarpetXpert which was barely enough concentrate to clean my first floor carpet in my living and family rooms. The scent is very pleasant. Buy extra.

This is my first time buying a shark product and I am very happy with the it. It was easy to assemble came with sample solution that worked great and the vacuum itself is amazing, it works great and is easy to clean and empty after.

We have area rugs that have not been deep cleaned since we purchased them in 2019. I honestly didn’t realize how dirty they were until we moved an ottoman coffee table and I noticed the difference in color. I decided that purchasing a carpet cleaner would be more cost effective than renting one every time I wanted to clean my rugs. I found this refurbished one and thought it was worth a shot. The machine is easy to maneuver and the quick dry function helped speed the process along. After I cleaned the first one, I was so grossed out by how dirty the water was. The rug looked brand new and I couldn’t wait to clean the rest of them. Using this was so satisfying that I keep looking for more things to clean. I’m going to tackle a stain on a dining table bench next!

The media could not be loaded. Soooo I have mixed feelings. Ijust got it yesterday. When I first opened it up, it appeared to have been used. I took pics. It was scratched and dirty on the bottom container. I contacted Amazon they said tell the seller 🤷🏽♀️. So then I was like maybe it's just made that way. So I decided to just try it out. Used it and it cleaned fairly well. Probably is O container never get the mode to change to any other option therefore I couldn't put it in quick dry mode and was left wth a wet floor!! I recorded a video of me trying!!
