The chair was great and easy to assemble. I even let my son put it all together while I read the instructions. The only major issue was the bolt holes on the back of the seat were not lining up with the bolt holes on the bracket. I contacted the support group and they worked with me until we got the issue resolved. My son is now enjoying his first gaming chair. The only other issue is the studs that hold the fort rest in place are too short because even with the bolts tightened all the way it all falls off. Not a big deal because he doesn't use it much and I am sure I can MacGyver something to work. ... show more

Most uncomfortable chair ever. Ease of assembly three out of five. Box was damaged when received. Leg support is flimsy, makes me feel like I might fall forward. Will be returning ASAP.
