So far after a few weeks it's been solid as far as armrest and screws holding the base and seat together, not wiggling or feeling like anything is loosening up. If you worry about shredding screws from over tightening sometimes, Invest in thread lock gel to apply to armrest/ base and chair screws so you dont have to over tighten. Just a very cheap and easy solution to prevent screws from naturally loosening over time from Scooting around, getting up or sitting down, but most screws have it on them from manufactory. I just use thread lock on anything that gets jostled around from people. I bought it for my office setup at home and my girlfriend uses it a lot more than I do for her office work. She recommended it should have a vibration knob for the level of vibration you can get on that pad, which I really don't care about cos I don't use those extra clip on paddings when i get a chance to sit in it but said i would put it in the review for her. Weird setup with what my gf said she read in the instructions about putting those pads on, but it's nice to have a quick solution to just clip or unclip the pads very easily. Other than that, I like the chair, it's comfortable, padding is firm and threading seems heavy duty with no frays or broken threads anywhere. ill purchase another one for my gf, since she likes it a lot after a month to see durabilty. ... show more

This is my first gaming chair ever! The package arrived quick with Prime delivery by UPS. I inspected the package and it arrived in good condition. Unboxed it noticed it was well packaged to protect all items. No scratches or dents. So far so good on what I’ve paid. It’s a good size chair also that has great stability. It felt soft and comfortable with its sleek racing seat aesthetic. It’s a quick assembly but decided to take my time to be delicate with it. I was pulling the arm rests out of the bubble wrap to find a staple on one of the arm pieces. It isn’t too bad but maybe one of the staples was clamped on during manufacturing. The leg rest isn’t the greatest when sitting 90 degrees. Although, it works a bit better when you lay back in the chair and have a more relaxed position. Still recommend it to those looking for a good gaming chair for starters. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Good chair. I'm tall and it fits me well. Lumbar support could be better. Massage feature is nice. Foot rest is nice. The screws in the armrest get loose quickly and need re tightening often. I fixed this issue with a little lock-tight. Compared to similar gaming chairs this was very affordable and beyond simple to put together. I'm a disabled veteran and my brain only works when it wants which is rare. I accidentally burned the instructions with the box it came in an I was still able to put the chair together with no instructions. Lay each peace out on the floor and keep each group of bolts/nuts/washers together with its group and you'll see each set of bolts goes a certain spot. Like the top back part of the chair has 4 bolts that has 4 holes to the seat bolt them together, 4 nuts 2 per arm rest, 2 other bolts 1 for the handle to telescope the chair up/down and another handle to lean back in the chair. It comes with a leg extention to prop your legs up an relax. One of the Xmas gift for my son an he is really happy he has an upgrade on his gaming chair. The previous one didn't have wheels it has a round frame and was heavy for him. Now he rolls this new chair around when he wants with no problem ... show more

Bought this in November & was opened on Christmas, so of course the return window is closed. The button/lever to move the seat forward & backward broke. We have only been using this barely over 2 months. Very disappointing bc it wasn't cheap.

The chair itself is a nice chair, not too difficult to put together, but it’s hard to sit in for more than an hour. Not much cushioning and the foot rest does not come out far. I’m 5’9 and had to keep my knees bent to have my feet up. Foot rest only came to the back of my knees. Overall not pleased
