It has all the bells and whistles of the expensive brands but way cheaper. Pretty solid and sturdy and is very comfortable. The only tiny problem we’ve encountered is because I raise my side up fully it caused the two beds to separate a little so my hubby tied the center legs together. Worked perfect! This bed is is awesome. It does need a strong person or two to get it set up because it is heavy. But it is well made, firm comfortable mattress (I chose the 10 inch and so glad I did), easy to operate, and the full size let's me have the sleeping space I need. This bed is the best bed I have ever bought. My wife was suffering from much discomfort and pain. We had a mattress that costs almost 1,000.00 It was good for three years before she stated suffering from body pains causing her to spend money on doctors and pain meds. Finally I got her to admit that the mattress was causing her the pains. This bed turned out to take away her pains in two days. The massage features and legs and head massage works great. Matress is okay. The base is the best part, but it says soft and is extremely firm. My neck and back were killing me after 3 days. Ordered a Matress pad which is kinda ridiculous for a 14 inch Matress for 1800, but obviously impossible to return or do anything about it once you get it out of the box. So alas Matress pad saved it from what i can tell... just buyer beware. Not a lot of give even for a 205 lb guy ... show more
