I bought this as I don't do much sewing so thought it would be nice to have something smaller. I have tried to sew 2 things now and have failed at both. It will sew 3 stitches or so than the needle will not go up and down. Plus this thing is so loud that it sounds like it is going to blow up! Not worth your time or money! I would like to return it but looks like I am out of time on that.

I did not like this machine for two reasons… it’s very hard to figure out for beginners while it is advertised to be for beginners. And the fact that one part (screw to pull the needle down) was poor quality and already dysfunctional/ broken. Even when I tried using it, it kept capturing the favor in a way that it bunched up.

This thing is cuter than it is useful. With only one stitch pattern and as slow as it is, it's only barely more useful than hand stitching something. Truthfully it's probably more hassle than it's worth. But it's cute just for teaching someone the basic concept of using a sewing machine.

A friend and I tried our best to remove the bobbin, it was seemingly unremovable. The instruction booklet was useless, and I tried contacting the company with no success. It looks cute but is useless

The holder is supposed to be magnetic and hold in place but it called. The area where you put the string through are coil pieces. Just not for an adult. A little complicated for a kid.
