I purchased this machiene 3 weeks ago and the customer service is top notch! The quality of the machiene is amazing. This is my 3rd embroidery machine, my first commercial machiene and I am impressed already. Set up overall was pretty simple. You have a video training and then receive amazing support after that. I had some trouble with my tension settings and they spent over an hour on 2 separate occasions video chatting with me and helping me get everything sorted and set up perfectly. I have a small home sewing/embroidery business and this machiene has really helped me get things done so much quicker and the quality is beautiful!

I have never used an embroidery machine in mi life, I have used a sewing machine. This is easier!!! I Love it!!! The one on one training is amazing! The chats, are helpful just make sure they are talking about your machine model. The YouTube training is very helpful. If you’re thinking about buying a machine, this is the one! A good digitizer is key.

I really got lucky with this item and the delivery! The machine was packed and crated superbly, although the pallet was not really strong enough to support the weight and there were breaks and cracks that only progressed as the two delivery men maneuvered it off the truck and into my garage. They were great about getting it in and helping to support the crate while removing the pallet and taking it with them. My machine has worked great, although I haven’t used all the features yet. I have had good success with tension control and all around basic stitch performance. The items I have embroidered for others have received high praise and loving compliments for their quality and professionalism. I am currently busy on other projects but hope to be back working on my new machine soon. I am happy and feel truly blessed to have this amazing machine. Photos front, and back with shear iron on stitch protective facing.

The Smartstitch S-1501 is a quality embroidery machine at a great price. It comes with everything you need to get started, from frames, cap driver, thread, tool box with tools, and amazing customer service. They even pre-thread the machine for you! They set up a 1:1 service portal for you to ask questions directly to their service reps and assign someone to you for general advice on projects. I would definitely recommend.

I love my machine! I was completely new to embroidery and the purchase included a training session to go over the basics of the machine. Like all things, embroidery is a learning process but with the Facebook group and the dedicated support group, you always have a place you can turn to for help and answers. I haven’t had anything break in the year I’ve been using it, and minor maintenance is easy to DIY with the online info videos. If you’re getting into embroidery, this is the best machine to start out with!

Machine is very intimidating, but don't let that stop you from purchasing! The company has great training on how to thread and troubleshoot. You'll be added to messenger chat groups for other support. Paula, my trainer, not only answered me in a timely manner, but also video chatted with me to make sure I was threading the machine properly. You'll need a forklift to move the crate, and two very strong individuals to move the machine onto the stand once the stand is out together. Mine came with 15 spools of thread, stabilizer and some extra needles. Happy embroidering!!
