This is the best embroidery machine money can buy. I was using a Brother SE700 prior to this, which I liked, but wanted something I could do hats on and had multiple needles. After a lot of research I chose this machine because of the rave reviews about the customer service of the company and they weren’t lying. Not only is this machine amazing and easy to use after your training session, the customer service of the brand is unmatched. I mean night or day, you can get help with any questions or problems you have. This machine makes embroidery easy and enjoyable, even easier than operating a single needle.
