Their support is super fast and helpful. I love that they set you up with a team right away. And the stitch outs are incredible! Im so so pleased. Im already completing orders for my small business with ease! Also, the price is worth noting as well. I was skeptical but I'm not disappointed at all so far! They also send thread, anentire full sized tool kit, all hoops and hat accessories you need. They didnt miss anything here. The machine is a good size also not too heavy and the stand went together just fine! The functions on the screen are a learning curve from my other machine but I've already figured it out in just a week. Functionality is great!

We are new to embroidery and have loved this machine! We bought this machine for our business to do our shirts and hats. We have been able to do so much more than we had originally expected. Training was quick and easy. They have great customer support if we have had any questions. It is not too big and we were able to easily get it set up with the instruction videos. It was quick to get level and stable on the stand as well. As beginners, there is a bit of a learning curve, but we have really felt confident in building our embroidery skills. I would definitely recommend Smartstitch for beginners.

After reading many positive reviews I decided to go with this 10 needle machine to upgrade from my single needle Brother. I have been very pleased so far! Very beginner friendly. There is a learning curve as is any multi-needle machine but so far I have had a pretty easy time figuring out how the machine works. Customer service has been phenomenal, you get one on one training to learn exactly what to do when starting out. I love that it came with multiple hoops, hat hoop as well as several tools/replacement parts. I will 100% buy another SmartStitch when I am ready to upgrade to a second machine!

It was not an easy journey since the machine has a different UI than a single needle machine. I eventually learned that the thread path and handling a single needle at a certain speed are the 2 most important things besides the skills that I already learned with my single needle machine. Having a good digitization software is also a must. I bought a used Melco and gave up on it due to the inability to move its Z-axis properly. The Smartstitch hides all the technical interfaces and let us embroiderers focus on the stitch quality and functionalities. The build quality is not at 100% as the industrial machine such as Melco but I still recommend for a new business. Overall, I’m very happy with my service and a great customer support via private Facebook group.

These people are FANTASTIC! And the machine runs perfect now. Starting out there was a problem but they kept working with me to find it and solve it. They kept me from getting totally frustrated and we all stayed focused. Once solved everything works GREAT! No Embroidery Machine is plug and play like so many claim. There is a learning curve. This machine and their support network helps make that road straighter. It does everything we need and probably much more. We aren't a production shop. All of our embrodery needs are one off / two off items. Ten needle works really well. We've embroideried many different fabrics (Upholstery, light leather, etc. without any problems. AGAIN, the support was FANTASTIC working through the early problems. I think it's a GREAT value for the money.

I am very pleased with my machine. It has worked well so far and the customer service has been very helpful. The customer service is a little less than traditional as a lot of it is by Facebook Messenger and Facebook groups but it works. There are plenty of videos of instruction and it seems that most information can be answered. The machine seems to be built well. Overall it is a good machine at a good price to begin embroidery. The package came with multiple hoops and hat driver as well as items to begin embroidery.

I am so impressed with the quality of this machine! I’m as new as they come and it has been a great started machine, to say the least!! For the price and the quality, this machine has it all! Also, the reps and groups they have you in, are TOP NOTCH. They truly help you step by step if you’re struggling. When the pallet arrives it’s intimidating, but the videos given make it SO MUCH EASIER. Smartstitch has thought about it all.

I love my new Smartstitch 10 needle embroidery machine! I moved from a single needle to multi-needle machine. As a beginner, I initially thought that learning how to use the machine would be a daunting task. Set up was easy and the training was AMAZING!!! Gail and Tina were there with me every step of the way. I completed my first group polo shirt order within 3 days of getting the machine. The machine features are easy to learn and I love how easy it was to set up the tension which was a guessing game with my single needle embroidery machine. It’s the perfect compact size for my craft room and was definitely worth the value.
