Great machine. Arrived pretty fast. Easy to thread.so far it's durability is great great price range .the only thing that I personally would suggest is that the hoops were different and it actually came with auto needle threading. Size is great

I absolutely love my Smartstitch embroidery machine so far! It’s been really user-friendly and not nearly as intimidating to learn as I expected. Anytime I’ve reached out, customer support has been responsive and helpful, which is reassuring to know they’re there when needed. I will say, you may need to do a little digging for tutorials but there are some great ones out there. I’ve found really helpful videos on TikTok and YouTube for specific projects, and there are also Facebook groups where people share tips, ideas, and troubleshooting advice. It’s been easy to find guidance when I need it. Overall, this machine does everything I want it to do and more. It runs smoothly and creates beautiful, high-quality projects every time.
