I already had a Proemb embroidery machine and it was a nightmare to get it up and going and the communication is poor because you can only talk to them in the middle of the night because of the time difference. I say all that to say that with smartstitch, it was a complete breeze! They have help around the clock and I am so grateful for how fast I can get help if anything goes wrong. Now let's get to the machine itself, it is very easy to learn and stitches like a dream! Also I find it is very quiet. It comes with all its accessories and everything is packaged nice and neatly and the setup was easy. I have attached some of my projects to show how beautifully the machine embroiders and how quietly it sounds.

I purchased this machine after getting highly frustrated with my Janome single needle machine. Zero regrets! The machine was delivered the exact day they said it would come. It was packaged extremely well to ensure the machine wasn’t damaged in delivery. Set up was super easy as there all YouTube videos with clear explanations and visuals. I sent a email to the Facebook user as suggested and got a response back in minutes!! One on one training was set up for the very next day. The trainer was amazing! She was patient and knowledgeable and never rushed through it. I stitched my very first full design that very evening. I’ve truly enjoyed the ease of use. I reached out to tech support with questions and they reply within minutes as well. It’s all done through Facebook messenger. Assistance is provided through pictures, videos, and /or video calls! Don’t hesitate! This is an amazing machine for a fantastic price! Any you are never alone in moments of trouble with it. They are so helpful!

The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic 10 needle embroidery machine. It embroiders all types of fabrics and especially caps beautifully. I am a beginner and with the excellent training from the Smarts Stitches representatives I was able to produce 20 baseball caps for a 30th birthday party. They came out great. Along with the Smartstitch's customers service support you also have education for the machine with various videos on YouTube. You are required to watch several SS videos before you operate the machine which is important to get started correctly. There are videos to help you assemble the machine as well as many other videos to educate you on how to embroidery for various types of products. A tool kit is provided for all the parts and items you will need to maintain your machine and switch out the hoops, cap hoop and table. They thought of everything to create a machine producing perfect embroidery for a very reasonable price.

Great machine, minor unboxing issue Great product overall. The machine works very well and is very straightforward to use. I haven’t had any issues so far. The only minor downside was during unboxing, as I didn’t immediately notice the screws holding it in place.

As most things I do, I decided I wanted to get into embroidery on a whim. I was nervous at first that I would understand how to operate the machine, and it felt a little intimidating, but I made the leap and i purchased the machine. I have had it almost a month now and I absolutely love it. It performs very will with great stich quality. Not very noise, but the best part and what has been an absolute pleasure, is the customer support. They helped me from the very beginning with step by step videos on how to properly assemble the machine. Guided me through the startup process, with one on one video call to make sure I understand the machine, they took the time to listen to me and answer any questions I had. They are there to help with any problem or technical difficulties that may arise. I could not be happier with my purchase!! I highly recommend Smartstitch if you are looking for a good quality embroidery machine with excellent customer service.

After reading many positive reviews I decided to go with this 10 needle machine to upgrade from my single needle Brother. I have been very pleased so far! Very beginner friendly. There is a learning curve as is any multi-needle machine but so far I have had a pretty easy time figuring out how the machine works. Customer service has been phenomenal, you get one on one training to learn exactly what to do when starting out. I love that it came with multiple hoops, hat hoop as well as several tools/replacement parts. I will 100% buy another SmartStitch when I am ready to upgrade to a second machine!
