Unboxing this machine was quick and easy. As said in other reviews, there are not any directions included with the machine. I reached out to customer service through Poolin and they quickly set me up with a customer service rep who helped me get the machine up and running. This rep has contacted me several times in regards to the machine operations and has answered every question I have asked. He has sent videos, detailed descriptions, and has been amazing! The manuals for this machine are still being written, I am told, and should be finished within the next couple of weeks. Overall, the machine was super quick to setup. I have used it to make t-shirts, caps, and simple texts. All super easy! A little learning curve on the overall functions on the machine, but again, my rep is SUPER helpful! Noise is not as high as the 7 needle Janome I have used in the past. Love seeing the image on the screen being filled in as the machine works! Can't wait to learn more about the different settings on the machine. Institch Cloud is the program that connects through Wifi to the machine. Makes it so much easier to transfer designs and get projects going, rather than just using a USB, which is still an option as well. The machine itself came with 5 different hoops, a few rolls of Richword brand thread, and a pack of cutaway stabilizer. All the tools needed for the machine are also included. Great bundle and a great price for the quality machine I purchased! As of now, 5 stars for this machine. I have looked at several machines over the past few months and getting this one has not been a disappointment. I would not in any way call myself a pro, as this is the first multi-needle machine I have personally owned (not the only one I have ever worked on), but it was overall a great investment. Just remember to reach out to Poolin with any questions. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH! Also, I was a bit concerned when I saw that it was shipping through NSD. I have read many terrible reviews for these independent shipping companies, but this one was delivered through a shipping company out of St. Louis, MO. They were amazing to work with and even delivered it almost a week and a half quicker than Amazon originally said it would be delivered! Got my machine in 4 business days! I'm not saying this will be the case for everyone, but shipping was not an issue for me at all!

This is my second POOLIN I quickly went from an EOC05 to another brand multi needle and finally decided I needed a bigger multi needle. The price point was perfect so I took the plunge and ordered this particular machine. I received it within two weeks of ordering. It was well packaged to and came in perfect condition once I got the machine in the house and set up I I requested a chat with POOLIN tech and Kevin has been helping me ever since. I must say, he has answered all of my questions walked me through everything that I needed to know recorded a video to help me set up the stand. I am overly impressed with the quality of customer service. Once I threaded the machine with spools that I had, I ran a tension test and to be honest with you. This was the only problem I’ve had since I received the machine is two of the tensions needed to be adjusted and with Kevin‘s help, we got everything situated very quickly. Today I stitched names on 3 giant Christmas stockings. The area that I stitched was about 10“ x 5“ and approximately 41,000 stitches including a knockdown. The stitch quality is amazing. I am very impressed with how well these turned out. I do have some experience with multi needle machines not very much though this is a perfect machine for beginners. You just need to take your time to thread the machine and get to know the machine and what you need to do to keep it running. And I must say, Kevin helped me understand what I needed to do for maintenance, how to hoop the machine, thread the machine, and so much more! The size typical multi-needle machine. It doesn’t require a large footprint. I don’t know the exact measurements. The machine itself is not very noisy at all as long as you keep the speed between 500 and 800 it just kind of hums along. I had the doors open in my office as it was stitching out the stockings so I could hear it if I had an error and it wasn’t bothersome. Overall, this is a great little machine and I’m excited to see what I’m able to make with it. I will post more pictures when I have them again. I’ve just been running the machine for less than 24 hours and I love it. Please keep in mind that I have been officially embroidering on my own since August making this a perfect machine for a beginner.

The assembly was easily to follow, the embroidery machine is heavy so definitely need two people to carry and lift it up to place on the stand table. My daughter and I are testing it and having a lot of fun, it comes with beautiful patterns design, the machine is strong and excellent quality, it works fast on each patterns. Extremely easy to set up the thread colors. The size of the machine is big we were surprised by it and if customers want some ideas I suggest customers to once they receive this beautiful machine before assembling first decide where they want to place it and measure each door, also make sure to set up the machine as close as possible to the area off work. Loved that it comes with a start up kit it made so much easier to tryout.
