This is a fantastic machine! It’s my first multi-needle embroidery machine, and I’m extremely happy with it. I previously owned a Brother SE1900 and found it difficult to work with, so I spent a lot of time researching before purchasing the Poolin EOM. For the price, this machine is a total winner. The learning curve has been very manageable. Poolin provides excellent tutorial videos that clearly show how to set up and operate the machine. Their customer support is also outstanding. My representative, Leo, responds quickly whenever I have a question and has been incredibly helpful walking me through anything I need. I’ve already embroidered t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats, and the stitch quality is excellent. The machine came with a nice assortment of thread so I could start using it right away, which I really appreciated. It also includes everything you need to get started—tools, bobbins, extra needles, and accessories. The software is easy to use and projects stitch out quickly, which saves a lot of time. Overall, the price is very fair for everything included. The quality, support, and ease of use make this machine a great investment. I highly recommend the Poolin EOM.

The Poolin EOM 15 has been an incredible upgrade for me. As my first multi-needle embroidery machine, I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. I previously owned a Brother SE770, and while it worked, I was never fully satisfied with the stitch quality. This machine is on a completely different level. One of the biggest advantages is that it truly comes with everything you need to get started embroidering right away. From tools and bobbins to extra needles and accessories, nothing essential is missing. It even includes a great assortment of thread, which I really appreciated—it made it easy to dive in immediately without needing to purchase extras. The 15-needle setup is a game changer. Being able to have multiple thread colors loaded at once makes it incredibly easy to switch between colors and complete designs without constantly rethreading. It saves time and makes tackling more complex, multi-color projects much more convenient. Getting started felt a bit overwhelming at first, but there are so many helpful resources available. The tutorial videos provided are clear, detailed, and easy to follow, which made a huge difference in getting me up and running. On top of that, customer support has been outstanding. My representative, Leo, has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. The online community is another big plus. The Facebook group is full of people sharing tips, troubleshooting advice, and encouragement, which made the learning curve much more manageable. As for performance, I’ve already embroidered t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats, and the stitch quality has been consistently excellent. The software is user-friendly, and designs stitch out quickly, saving a lot of time. The media could not be loaded. Ok first things first, you’re going to see in a lot of the reviews that it does not come with a user manual or anything. That is true. But what is also true is that you don’t need one. There are YouTube videos to walk you through all parts of setup and what’s even better is they have live humans you can chat with and ask specific questions as you get it set up. They’ll have you take pictures or video of your machine and where you’re at and give you guidance accordingly. Honestly I think this is a better model! I’d rather be able to talk to someone than struggle through a confusing handbook on my own. This is my first multi needle machine - I just got a single needle a few months ago and that was great for learning about materials, hooping, stabilizers, thread weight, density, etc. but if you have the room, go for the multi needle! It is so fun and easy and it goes so much faster! The capabilities are virtually endless. Anyway, very happy with the Poolin machine and the customer service. They helped me fine tune my tension since doing that on a multi needle is new to me. Day 1 I was already stitching test designs and day 2 I completed a wearable project. The price point is amazing for the capability and the quality - so it’s great if it’s just a hobby or if you’re running a side hustle. The screen/computer system is super intuitive and easy to figure out. I only wish I had bundled with more thread because now I need more colors for all the fun designs I’m able to do now!

This Poolin EOM machine is just the best. I have gone from a single needle Brother to this beauty. The stitching is beautiful. The machine is not that loud! Love the large screen as well! Very well built and not that bad of a learning curve at all. The functionality of the machine as a whole is spot on. The price was even better!! The engineer I was assigned, Kevin, has been most patient and kind. You cannot go wrong purchasing this machine.
