  • All Good in my book!!
Color: Grey Size: 48QT
Can't say enough about this Frig./Freezer! Pick this up last year for a camping trip this year. Had power go out first of the year for 6 days. I filled it up and it off battery power. Did great! Took it on a camping trip to Utah in May this year and camped for 12 weeks. Had it setup to run off the car when I as traveling and put it under a canopy at camp. I set it up to run off a battery with solar. This thing kept everything cold or frozen. I did buy the cover for it and I think that helped on hot days. Next year maybe a longer trip 16 weeks. ... show more

  • It will keep ICEcream frozen n food cold very stable Temp, Not noisy at all only draws 32-38 watts
Color: Black Size: 37QT
Its a great Fridge /Freezer, I do recommend it It will keep ICE cream frozen n food cold very stable Temp, Not noisy at all only draws 32-38 watts per my watt meter. The 37 qt is a Good size , I would have went with the next size up but it did not fit under my Bed cover in my pickup bed, It was important for me to keep icecream frozen for our Rootbeer floats, ETC. when camping or out in boat all day, nice light cooler for having a GOOD compressor, Well made Sturdy It has lights in both sizes , and both sides have individual .controls and separate lids that lock good n Secure I really like it. I have been running it in my house since recvd, almost 2ice auto -onn weeks ago , No issues ... show more

  • Favorite cooler ever!!
Color: Grey Size: 37QT
This thing is a game changer. Perfect for camping and i love that you can have either 2 freezers, 2 fridges, or one of each. Ive left it plugged in for months or weeks at a time and never once failed me. Stays cold and its been an essential piece of equipment for me while camping or OTR truck driving. For the price you can't beat it! ... show more

  • Seems to be a good value
Color: Grey Size: 37QT
So I'm tired of the whole ice in an ice chest ordeal while camping. I haven't used it in the field yet, but ran it on my 100 amp hour batter to see what the consumption would be. Before I get to that, it does a good job of keeping food cold (my home refrigerator was broken so used the Setpower for a few days plugged into an outlet) and the freezer worked well too. Now to the battery test.... I started out with the small zone set to 0 degrees and the larger zone to about 35 degrees. The test was done indoors so there was little temperature fluctuation and I'm assuming the use would be higher if it were used outside on a hot day. Compressor was set to ECO mode (compressor runs at a slower speed) and was drawing around 30 watts initially, but as pressure built up that would increase to around 40 watts. With it set to freezer/refrigerator it used about 3% of the battery per hour. After a few hours I set both zones to 35 degrees and the battery draw was pretty consistent, over 24 hours, at 1% per hour. I did have a few items in each zone so if they were full then perhaps it would have been less. I didn't time how long it ran vs how long it was off in an hour. I was curious what the use would be with the compressor set to the normal setting. The draw on the battery would start around 30 watts, but would climb to around 60 watts after a while. However, over a 5 hour period it still used about 1% of the battery per hour. While it consumed more power, it didn't have to run as long to cool things down, so I'm not sure there's much to be gained in eco mode other than maybe wear and tear on the compressor? In this controlled setting, with nothing else connected to the battery, I'd expect my 100 amp hour battery would last around 4 days if I didn't charge it. The energy use probably averages out to something in the area that the seller claims. (my test: 30 to 40 watts in eco mode and 30 to 60 watts in regular mode) I'm looking forward to not dealing with ice while camping for 4 or 5 days, but I will have to pay closer attention to my battery and keep it charged. Seems like a fair trade for melting ice and soggy food. Appears to be a good value for what I paid for it (assuming it holds up), but was hoping for a little more efficiency. ... show more

  • Had for a few months....
Color: Black Size: 48QT
I'm impressed by how economical this runs on 12v. It's plugged into a Bluetti system in my work studio trailer - and it's perfect for my needs. We did drag it out to an art festival for 3 days recently and ran it on another small Bluetti so we'd have cold drinks and snacks that wouldn't melt in 90 degree+ heat. It only draws about 35w - and that is with the freezer set at -4 degrees and fridge section at 36 degrees. ... show more

  • Dependable freezer & fridge
Color: Grey Size: 37QT
Best travel fridge & freezer on the market. PT35 Qt. I just retired. My brother Andrew F. purchased a different brand about 2x capacity. Too big for me. This is a little larger than my regular travel cooler (which we have to buy ice for or refreeze gallon jugs.) I tested this 24/7 for 2 months before my wife & I took our 25th-anniversary trip across the USA, from CA to PA & back. Worked flawlessly & almost indestructible, Takes only 45 min. to achieve freezer & fridge temps. Freezer is colder than my home freezer: WOW! We started our trip using the large area to freeze and brought our favorite frozen foods. As they lessened, we changed the large area to fridge, and the smaller area to freezer. Such versatility and durability! I can stand on it, and stack any heavy crates also on it. I can't speak highly enough of it. It used only about 50 watts from Van cig. lighter. and still had plenty of watts (150 total) to run all other devices with plenty to spare. When we moteled for one nights, we left everything in the van, and it kept it both frozen and cold for the fridge. Longer stays, we carried it into house AC power. Only one time did we thaw and clean it just to make sure no bacteria in it (while placing items in another fridge/freezer.). I copied the 2 most important parts of the manual onto photo paper and placed them inside a gallon ziplock and keep inside left smaller compartment. Also, remember how to change Celcius to Fahrenheit. (Press both the Right compartment SET button & the Down arrow, just above it at the same time to toggle between C & F. We also use this for extra space when we have social functions. I (61 yr male) can lift it fully loaded, but would recommend 2 persons. Easy to lift when empty, around 40 lbs by myself.
