I got this set to replace a 6yr old wicker set that was disintegrating from being in the hot sun off our deck. I wanted something that would be more resilient, waterproof, and windproof. I've just set this up yesterday so I can't attest to the longevity yet but already I think this is a major upgrade. The pieces are thick, sturdy and have great weight to them which is perfect for the crazy winds we get here (so windy that furniture/grills will actually move). They are aesthetically pleasing with the black wood-appearance but smooth texture. I was torn on grey or beige cushions but ended up choosing beige and sooo happy I did because theyre gorgeous. The material has some faint grey tones woven in which give it more depth and texture than just a stark solid color. I also appreciate how the cushions have zippers for easy removal and cleaning. Others have commented that the cushions are on the thin side and I can see why they say this however they are perfectly plush and comfortable for us. The back cushions come flat and even upon removing from packaging they are still a little flat - you need to fluff them up a little and then they are perfect (not sure if other commenters are doing that). It took me a couple hours to put the whole set together by myself (30s female) and i recommend using a drill as this makes it go so much faster and easier. I found the instructions and photo examples to be cery straightforward and easy to follow. I wasn't missing any parts and screws seem to be of good quality. Overall I am beyond impressed with this set and feel it is beyond the price paid. I am excited to be able to really enjoy my deck this summer.

A superb Prime Day deal!! These pieces are very heavy, which is great! It will hold up in the South Florida rain and humidity. So far we have a few pieces as they are coming in a few at a time. We put together two of the chairs and quickly realized the instructions weren't all that accurate, so we had to figure it out, and when we were finished, they looked so beautiful. They are excellent quality for "plastic", and these chairs are about 20 lbs each and really built to last! Can't wait for the rest of the pieces to come in.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! I am so shocked and impressed by the quality of this outdoor furniture. My brother owns authentic polywood furniture and this stuff is just as nice if not nicer. the wood is durable and the cushions are thick and plush, and stand up to the weather. We even accidentally left them outside in a thunderstorm, and they were completely saturated with water, but dried out in a day and are back to normal. My husband weighs over 300 pounds and can sit very comfortably on these chairs. We get compliments on this set every time we have company I wish they made more pieces because I would buy even more.

Love it! Heavy duty and will last forever. It came in 4 boxes, but once the first box was delivered Amazon marks it delivered. The other 3 boxes came in the next couple days. Easy to follow instructions and well worth the effort. If you don’t like putting things together it can get frustrating, but I love Legos and puzzles so it wasn’t bad for me. Very sturdy, fast delivery, quality product. I did the chairs and coffee table today, tackling the couch tomorrow.

Excellent quality. The cushions are more beige than the picture, think raw linen. But they look fine with the blue. Medium resistance to scratching as to be expected with composite. Only complaints- instructions misleading on which direction the front chair legs need to go. Had to flip so the chamfered hole faces the top inside of the chair. This makes the part number stickers on the inside of one, and outside of the chair on the other. Also the through-hole to connect the three pieces of the sofa together is very high in the front. The washer almost hits the top. It could stand to be lowered by 5mm without affecting strength. Overall, would definitely purchase again. In fact, I am looking to replace my wooden bar and stools with a matching set from this company.

Gave three stars due to minor issues; will upgrade to four stars if one issue gets resolved. First, great product for the money. As many have already said, the cushions are not very substantial or comfortable; but they are adequate for a year or two. See last photo for how this the back cushions are. Minor issues: one screw (#6, 120 mm) arrived bent. I e-mailed customer support thinking they would simply send me another screw. I received a reply saying that a thorough investigation will take place before deciding how to solve my problem. The assembly is complete save that screw. The screws that hold the arm rests on are too long, and could cause minor injuries if one isn’t careful. I bought rubber caps at my local hardware store to solve that issue. The three couch sections bolt together with only a couple of screws. That’s a weak point; but not a concern until it’s time to move the couch. Overall, very similar to Polywood at half the cost. If Polywood comes with Sunbrella cushions, maybe that justifies their price. If the screw comes anytime soon, I will give a strong recommendation. For now, I’ll wait to see how customer service is. Well, it’s July. The screw still hasn’t been replaced. I really can’t recommend this product.

Cannot praise this furniture enough. Very sturdy and very nice looking and comfortable. Easy to keep clean. Since our patio is covered and gets limited sun and no rain, the set is well protected and should give us many years of enjoyment. Hubby put it together himself without too much difficulty in a day. Love the color of the khaki cushions since they're very neutral (more of a light beige) that goes well with most other colors. Wish we'd bought this set sooner!
