I gave this 3 stars because I was not happy with how the clear balloons with confetti inside looked. When first blown up, they were more clear. By the next day, they had gotten very chalky/cloudy. Also the material of whatever the confetti is inside, does not stick well at all. I have purchased similar balloons from Target in the past and had no issue. Target balloons were super clear and the confetti inside was more paper material and stuck to the ballon with static. But this tactic did NOT work with these Amazon balloons. Even the rose gold balloons got dull. When first blown up , they were shiny and looked nice. Then hours later they were very dull. My decor ended up looking old almost, like they had been up for like weeks, looking old cloudy and crusty. Do not suggest to buy. ... show more
