This set is so sturdy! It looks great on our covered patio. The grey color goes well with our other furniture. We added some cushions to the seats to make them more comfortable. Assembly wasn’t hard as long as you use a cordless drill. The tools provided would have taken hours! Delivery was fast but came in 4 boxes over a few days. I was a bit worried that they forgot a box but it arrived the next day. The set is very heavy so it won’t blow in the wind like our other lighter set. We have been looking at other polywood sets but the prices are astronomical! This set checked all the boxes and was much cheaper than others we looked at. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Solid, high quality materials. Looks good. Four of the screws were defective, and I'm working with support to get replacements. Invest in a **good** allen wrench (maybe with ratchet capability) or you will kill your hands with the small one they provide. Each chair still took about 25-30 minutes to assemble, and the table was probably 2 hours.

This is a great table for our deck. It did take about 3.5 hours to put together. Part of the problem was I had both metal connectors for the table top backwards. You need to measure the holes and make sure they are correct. They only work one way. Other than that it was easy to put together and is very stable and looks good on our deck.

Solid table and chairs are very comfortable. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The company is easy to work with. This set comes with 4 boxes. I received 3 boxes and I contacted the company and they responded right away. They said the other box was still in transit. And showed the tracking number for that box. Happy I chose this table and chair set.

I received a previously used/returned table when I ordered a new one and have waited almost a month to receive the missing legs and hardware. I still haven't received the missing legs or hardware yet. The set seems nice. We put together the chairs but have no table to use. Had to go out and purchase another set local due to renters coming expecting outdoor furniture. Will update review if we get a good resolution.
