So far so good. A couple of things to note, the shipment comes in 5 packages, but they are not all shipped at once. I contacted the seller, to inquire about missing packages, because I had not received them all, but Amazon showed the shipping status as complete. I contacted the seller and they reassured me that the packages are shipped in separate shipments because of weight. I have received them all. Now to the product. They are heavy, as they are made of resin. They are extremely easy to put together, as every piece is formed and cut precisely. Tools are provided, thought I did find that having a power driver with the hex bit, as well as a box end wrench makes it go much faster. The wrench provided is not precise and the nut will slip as you go to tighten, hence the reason for the box end wrench. As well, because it is resin you have to be careful with a power driver not to over tighten. The chairs when first sitting in them will flex, and because they were sitting in the sun, the flex becomes permanent, however, I think this may be part of the design, as it was definitely more comfortable after the flex, and it did not flex more after the initial movement. The chairs are sturdy and wide, for those of us who are carrying around a little more experience. The table is steady nice. The umbrella, being as wide as it is, will turn in the wind. I will need to figure out a way to make it more stable. I have a cast iron umbrella base (17 lbs) and it still turns. Be aware of that, the umbrella is really big. As well, with the umbrella in the table, it is awkward to get under the ribs to get the crank started, but afterwards goes up smoothly. I am 5'8" and had a little difficulty getting the stay pin in the pole because it is set high. Be aware of that, and you may have to stand on your new sturdy chair to put in and take out the pin. Overall it is a good product, so far. We have enjoyed in several times, and feel that it is a good product.

I'm always uneasy about ordering anything sight-unseen, but I am very impressed with this product. As an engineer I appreciate both its design and construction. The table is reinforced lengthwise underneath with aluminum angle, and crosswise underneath with six stretchers, guaranteeing it will not deform under reasonable loads or high temperatures. The chairs are equally well built. The color is uniform on all pieces. All component parts are well marked with stickers coded to the assembly instructions and all drilled holes are in the proper location. Hardware is complete and also coded individually to the instructions. I am 89 years old and my wife is 83, and together over a two-day period we assembled all but two chairs. While you can probably assemble everything with the included tools, it will be much, much easier (and quicker) is you have your own T-handle hex wrench and make judicious use of an electric drill or screwdriver with a hex bit. Obviously, we are well pleased with this set and happy we bought it.

When first shipped, the seller or shipping company put wrong tracking number. When contacted, the seller gave me the 3 numbers for the 3 shipments. First it does not take 30 minutes to complete with tools they give. My husband cut the Allen wrench to go in drill/driver. That sped things up tremendously. The hand tightened after that. The chairs appear sturdy. My husband weighs 141 lbs. the slats in chairs do bend with his weight. I am going to buy cushions for chairs. I wish the company sold cushions like they do for their other furniture. My husband said the legs on the table was cheap. The table top is very sturdy with metal L shaped braces underneath on the long side. I got the blue set. I have silver teak pvc decking and white railing with black spindles. This furniture does scratch.i thought the chairs were comfortable. I was looking for HDPE furniture and found this on amazon a lot less than local stores. Yes, I will buy more furniture from this company when I can afford.

It came in 3 separate shipments, all 3 came before or on time. Instructions for assembling were very clear, Putting everything together was very easy. It suggests 2 people, but I was able to do it myself. All the holes lined up perfectly, which was a surprise to me, Only downside was the tools they supplied to put this together were of low quality, But easy to remedy by using my own tools. Table and chairs are very sturdy, and only time will tell how long they will last, which I suspect will outlast me. Overall, very happy with the purchase

In the middle of our first full summer - it has held up really well. It made it through record texas heat in August 2024 and severe storms! There is slight warping of the table top planks, but nothing like wood. Color is still perfect and chairs are still nice and comfy. No rust from hardware. We've used it a decent amount but not regularly. It gets alot of heat and sun, and I remain impressed as a I watch wood furniture around it deteriorate. my main advice if you are shopping for this is be sure about the color you want. This set will last and you will have this color for many many years. Also, make sure to track the pricing as sales happen so regularly. we "overpaid", and they would not price match. Shipping was fast, installation was easy. I'm very pleased with it and hope it holds up for the long term.
