Likes: 1. Easy to assemble 2. Comfortable 3. Love the arms and can move them out of the way 4. Rollers are good, and glide easily on the throw carpet in the office Dislikes: 1. Terrible stitching in the seams and already coming apart after 30 days use. I work from home and use it 10 hours a day. 2. Not as sturdy as I would hope, just a preference. This is in the base where the chair meets. There is a little movement there, wish there wasn't. 3. I also don't like that it doesn't go higher. A bit stiff, but seems pretty comfortable so far, much more so than my last chair. The arm rests are ok but could be a little longer to rest more of your arm on it. For an executive chair, it is sort of ergonomic if you have the tension tight. You of course are sitting back a bit, as it's the type of chair it is. On the white chair, the color on the metal parts scratches easily, very thin soft paint I think. Don't miss with the metal screws, you'll scratch it. I'm 5'8" and I have to slouch if I want to put my head back. You can use the lever to tilt back, but it won't lock there unfortunately. ... show more

This chair is so comfortable! I love that you can lift the arm rests up which allows different sitting styles easier! I work from home easy 50 hours a week and so far no disappointment and little to no pain like other chairs would give. Will purchase this one again when it’s time to replace!
