Surpassed My expectations. My doctor recommended I try a sauna to help with stress, anxiety and insomnia~ Lacking time and space I decided to try this 2 person portable version. Hubby and I fit comfortably together~ provides great quality time too. This was the most affordable option I could find And I’m overall happy with it. Set up is easy and fast~ Works out for me since I have to take it down after each use. Lightweight and truly portable. It only takes about 10-15 mins to heat up. I’ve been using it 3 times a week for about 3 months and I am experiencing many of the benefits I hoped for. Including clear lungs, radiant & moisturized skin, lessens headaches, & better sleep and relaxation. It’s wonderful to use after a workout~ Soothes my muscles. I’m 5’ 3” 140lbs and hubby is 5’5” 190lbs. plenty enough space us. The remote control is a smart addition so I can control the settings without getting out. I've been wanting one of these for a while, and since this one is designed for two people, I chose it. I believed it would be a wonderful way to use my sauna and spend time with my hubby at the same time. With a two-way zipper door that can be opened from the inside at any moment, this sauna has an easy-access design. When it is set up for use, it does take up some space, but as it is collapsible, you have the choice of folding it away when you are done. The timing and heat are controlled by a wired controller. It takes around five minutes for it to reach 122 degrees. The sauna has a digital display that lets you check the time and temperature within the enclosure and has programmable heating levels that can be set for up to 60 minutes. It's perfect for pampering oneself. It is helpful for self-therapy, physical detoxification, stress reduction, and fatigue reduction. I admit, was kinda skeptical at first but after using it for a while, my wife and I love this unit. Its great after a good workout. Its ready within 15 min and produces plenty of steam and heat. Couple suggestions….use distilled water to avoid mineral build up in steam pot and coat the zipper with liquid dish soap or hand lotion frequently. I was considering paying many thousands of dollars to renovate a bathroom and put in a steam shower. After getting a final quote from all the individuals necessary to make it happen I paused! What were my alternatives? I read the reviews for this product and told myself that if it didn't work out, I could return it. NOT returning it! Worth every penny and does the trick. The only thing I'd tell you to do is put it on maximum heat level and maximum number of minutes to start out. It will take about 8-10 minutes from a standing start to generate steam.     • Nice portable sauna
So far I enjoy it. It isn’t ideal to tear down and put back up. It is way easier to leave in one location and not have to take it down. The steam pot didn’t have any instructions with it so it did take a minute to figure out. It did work well when the steam finally started to come in.

    • Well worth the value!
This is worth the price and then some. I LOVE my sauna. Easy to assemble. It’s simple but works and highly effective. A coupe of suggestions when you buy this: Clean with a disinfectant after every use or end of the day. Use a towel to soak up the excess water that will puddle at the bottom of the tent. Mine is likely more than most people would have as I have mine in the basement on cold concrete floor which likely causes excess condensation on the bottom. It takes about 10 minutes for steam to generate if the pot is completely full with water. If you’re in a hurry only fill it up halfway and reduce the amount of time it takes for steam generation.
