The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: So we had our treadmill for a little over a year and it had still been doing great until one day we noticed a rip in the belt. I contacted their customer support as we were still within warranty and they were absolutely amazing! It was a simple matter of providing them with a copy of our receipt (a screenshot of the purchase from our Amazon account) and a photo of the issue and within the next day they notified us they were sending out a full replacement! They were responsive, followed up to every email in a timely manner, and did not hassle us about the process like I’ve had some other companies do. They simply stood by their word and honored the warranty. Can’t ask for better than that. Not only is this a good product (it was still functioning well, I feel a rip in the belt could happen to anyone) but an honest, fair, responsive company that you can absolutely feel safe about purchasing from. Can’t say enough good things. Ten stars for these guys. If you’re on the fence, rest assured this company will take care of you if you need them. Wanted to try this thing out a bit before reviewing but it has not disappointed. It was easy to assemble and not too heavy. It folds up and down like a dream (see video). It’s true it’s not the same heavy duty treadmill you’ll find in a gym but we weren’t looking for that. It’s quite small when folded and easy to move around (it has wheels). We thought we’d store it in the garage when not in use but it turns out it’s small enough we’ve been able to leave it in a corner of the living room. I will say that when my husband uses it- who is much larger/more muscular than me and works out harder than I do- you can kind of see where it’s limits would be as far as what it can take. That said, it’s held up nicely for both of us. If you’re planning to practice for a marathon and straight up run on it for hours and hours, it might not have what you need. But for us, who just want something affordable that we can both use at home, with our differing workout levels, that will fit in the house nicely and be easy to maneuver, this is a stellar machine for the price and exactly what we were hoping for.     • Very Nicely Priced TreadMill

I've only had this for a few days, and I will update if either, good or bad. First arrival: Well packaged and wasn't too heavy. Easy to remove from the packaging. Installation: A breeze! 8 bolts, 2 screws and 2 end caps. All the tools come with it! Make sure you have the connectors set right. I didnt the first time around, and the unit would not power on. The switch will light up, but the console wouldnt. After taking console off and resetting the cable connection....SMOOTH Sailing! (actually walking) Movement: It can be moved around, and I have no problems moving it. However, thats due to strength. The wheels are tiny and dont glide over carpet well. Someone less strong may have some problems. I'm sure a solid floor would prove to be better. Size: Smaller and takes little space. When folded up, its out of the way. The width of the handle grips is just right. I'm pretty wide (reason for the treadmill lol) and i'm fitting in between the hand grips. Treadmill belt: Seems to be good quality. It appears the belt is oiled and ready for use. it has the name of the product on it. Serenelife Operation: Nice! Not overly complicated. It has a safety dongle. Fair amount of presets. It has pulse readers on the grips. Display is nice and nothing too much. It has Distance, time, speed, pulse and calories. It has quick speed buttons which I like. Simply press 3 and you'll be moving at 3mph. Final thoughts: Overall good for the first few days. Appears to be a good product. I would certainly recommend this! I hope it lasts a long time and gets me to healthier and lower weight guy! I hope this helps! ... show more

    • A bit difficult to assemble but works
Style: SL213 - 6.5 MPH
4 stars because customer service was superb! The treadmill is small enough and goes fast enough for my needs. I didn't need a mat for it since it's slightly elevated in the front and I have short carpet. Assembly was a hassle though but once you get it going it's fine. Assembly: You have to be very careful when assembling this product. It's possible to do it yourself but it is heavier and more complicated than anticipated. Also, the wire in the handle has some flimsy connection so it was broken before I even could assemble. It's a simple fix so if you're handy with soldering you can save the hassle of returning. There's some other indications that the treadmill I received may not be brand new as expected but customer service response to this was pretty quick and friendly. You have to pull the handle bars apart and use decent force to get it to align with the dashboard. Again, watch out for the delicate cord and be careful you don't damage it. The instructions were mostly clear. My treadmill has some misalignment so it doesn't easily fold up without hitting and pressing against the handle bar. No amount of adjusting within my control could fix it. I also needed to re-align the treadmill because it was pulling to one side but the instructions and process of aligning that was clear and easy. Two of the screws provided to connect to the vertical handles were too long and one was even very loose so it jingled as I used the treadmill. I ended up sticking some alumininum foil in the gap and it works fine. Usage Besides the assembly and the one cable fix, everything runs well. I can go on a slight incline and use the shortcut keys to jump to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 mph. There's no pausing and the deceleration when you stop is pretty quick, so watch out for that. I haven't tried any of the other program settings. The little bar for holding your phone also holds up my decently sized flex laptop and it's relatively stable. So you can use something flat like a tablet on it, but an open laptop is a no go. ... show more
