This was so easy to set up. Very light weight, easy directions, there's an app for workouts. It's readjust to several different lengths/heights. Very easy to move from a ab workouts out to a rowing work out to leg press. Folds so small it fits under my bed, my 2 year old nephew likes to play on it and can even pull the resistance on the rower. The sliding is so smooth that its almost too fast. Able to get a great workout! Not loud at all. I did take one star away because although you can extend the length, you cannot extend the height. The general design makes it easy to get multiple workouts with one machine. All the pads feel like a decent quality too!

Easy to put together although getting the piece off for the tension ropes had me almost break it. That potion of the unit was not good quality.

I was looking at those plastic palates boards and thinking they were way overpriced. So I looked on Amazon and found this, with a much better construction, for the same price. This one is worth the money. I’m having fun with it. I quickly decided I needed a pillow on the top to help my arms when I’m leaning on the handle bars and to help my mid section when I’m doing those sit ups for my back muscles. I have osteoarthritis and was concerned my knees wouldn’t like the knee rest area. My knees have been fine with it. I haven’t figured out how they do the side knee thing on the app but I’m doing well with it even if I don’t learn that. The app isn’t great. I would like them to have quick videos explaining each exercise. Instead they have 3 full fitness routines. You have to watch them to see the exercises. Oh, and after it’s made it’s real easy to drag around the floor so you can always face the TV. 😊 ... show more

Its compact and light weight and very quiet Theres an app for your phone so you can follow along and do the workouts with someone I especially liked that part so I can be sure Im doing it the right way.
