A+++++++++++ equipment. The product announcement is that there is no assembly required. This is incorrect. There is "minor" assembly required. Manual provided with machine, and You Tube has complete film assembly and included are exercise teachers showing the various exercises with performance of exercises. The actual product DOES NOT come with a video instruction. You Tube has the entire workout AND BEST OF ALL, HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE EQUIPMENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TUBE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURER FOR ASSEMBLY. Anway, A+ for machine as a home product for workouts, i am very pleased that i purchased this. Actually a remarkable, small piece of equipment, but powerful for strengthening legs, improving circulation and strength. It is an entire body workout. You Tube not only shows in detail how to assemble the equipment (very easy to do), but on the same site and video, all exercises. This is definitely a remarkable machine. Does so many things. Wonderful. Just go to You Tube punch in name of item, and not only easy assembly instructions, with detail, but a truly easy assembly. Best of all, machine remarkable. I use it every day, and for lower body, legs, circulation, etc., but this machine is a complete body workout, depdning on how one positions oneself on the machine. Just fabulous. It's definitely worth the cost. I am 60yrs old and find it pretty easy to use. Very comfortable. I put it on my wide couch because I have a hard time getting on the floor and getting back up due to hip replacement and needing my other hip done. It worked really good on my couch.

After a lot of research and review digging, I purchased this Wonder Core machine to aide in my workout plan. I am disabled, but still take fitness very seriously - being 32 years old and hoping to have many more years to go. I suffer from disabilities in my neck, shoulder, ribs, lower back, and leg. I am able to use this machine daily, and due to its support, I have been able to achieve many more fitness goals than I imagined. It is designed to last, the stitching and mat are solid. It does not wobble, squeak, or slide around. The foam pieces are sturdy and do not move around during movement. Assembly was ridiculously easy, as is storage. You have the choice to add more or less tension, using the two knobs on the back side. It's nice to customize each arm, as one of my legs is much worse than the other. I can ease up on one half if I need to. The size is ideal for a broad range - I am 5'1, 118 lbs and have no problem. My husband is 6'0 and 220 and he has no problem either. He is able to use this machine daily as a big part of his own fitness journey. Since we both share the unit, switching tension settings is a breeze and takes only seconds to do. Included in the box is a manual guide for workouts. I love that there are multiple ways to use the Wonder Core - it's definitely not just for sit ups. You can get a whole body workout with just one piece of equipment. The only problem we have both had was doing push ups. There is no comfortable way to do them, we've each tried and it's super awkward. However, the other exercises were completely fine. I would absolutely recommend the Wonder Core to anyone looking for a multi-purpose unit to their home gym set up.

Kinda fun for a while, if you first figure out how to set it up. You'd better be a real beginner in your exercise routine. After setup, you'll find there is very little it does that can't be done better using other methods, but it does do what it says. My knees aren't good for kneeling, so some of the exercises are not for me. You might also want some extra padding for some exercises with body contact. It will work your arms. You can also use your legs. Best when turned away from you. However, an under-desk peddler would be more effective. It's easy to adjust once you have the basics down. Pull the little plugs over the ends. Don't try just tightening the screws before you do. Instructions are pretty minimal. Considering that it wouldn't cost anything but a little brain power, I don't know why instructions can't be the easiest part of manufacture. Doesn't change printing costs. Alas, that is not just a complaint about this product. It is easy to store if you unscrew and bring the knobs around to the inside again. VERY good exercise for your fingers!! You'll have to decide for yourself if this is a worthwhile purchase. For me, not so much, but will keep it and play around with it. Check out warnings in other descriptions regarding overheating the inside of the mechanism and causing it to break. Give the poor thing a rest now and again to cool off. You, however, will be just fine. For some real work, try kettlebells! Now THERE you'll have fun and get some sweat!!
