The built-in resistance springs help support your movement, so doing sit-ups and crunches feels a lot more manageable compared to doing them on the floor. You can also adjust the resistance, which makes it easier to start light and increase intensity over time. It’s also more versatile than it looks. Besides crunches, I’ve used it for leg raises, push-ups, and even some light core variations. It’s not a full gym replacement, but it definitely gives you a decent core workout if you stay consistent. Another big plus is the compact, foldable design. It doesn’t take up much space, and you can easily tuck it away when you’re done. That’s perfect if you don’t have a dedicated workout area. Comfort-wise, it’s decent. After a lot of research and review digging, I purchased this Wonder Core machine to aide in my workout plan. I am disabled, but still take fitness very seriously - being 32 years old and hoping to have many more years to go. I suffer from disabilities in my neck, shoulder, ribs, lower back, and leg. I am able to use this machine daily, and due to its support, I have been able to achieve many more fitness goals than I imagined. It is designed to last, the stitching and mat are solid. It does not wobble, squeak, or slide around. The foam pieces are sturdy and do not move around during movement. Assembly was ridiculously easy, as is storage. You have the choice to add more or less tension, using the two knobs on the back side. It's nice to customize each arm, as one of my legs is much worse than the other. I can ease up on one half if I need to. The size is ideal for a broad range - I am 5'1, 118 lbs and have no problem. My husband is 6'0 and 220 and he has no problem either. He is able to use this machine daily as a big part of his own fitness journey. Since we both share the unit, switching tension settings is a breeze and takes only seconds to do. Included in the box is a manual guide for workouts. I love that there are multiple ways to use the Wonder Core - it's definitely not just for sit ups. You can get a whole body workout with just one piece of equipment. The only problem we have both had was doing push ups. There is no comfortable way to do them, we've each tried and it's super awkward. However, the other exercises were completely fine. I would absolutely recommend the Wonder Core to anyone looking for a multi-purpose unit to their home gym set up.

Best home gym equipment ever, and I have tried them all. I 100% recommend this to everyone from beginner to Intermediate+ or Advanced -. It is fully assembled, good to go in less than 2 minutes. You can find and use almost any muscle with this. For any of us who have tried a barre class and the instructor says squeeze this muscle and you can't find that muscle or any other, this is for you! It is also good looking, fun to use and very sturdy/stable/comfortable to use. Every time I walk by it, I try another type of exercise. It is very light to move around and takes up no space. I am actually shocked at how good this is.

It's definitely worth the cost. I am 60yrs old and find it pretty easy to use. Very comfortable. I put it on my wide couch because I have a hard time getting on the floor and getting back up due to hip replacement and needing my other hip done. It worked really good on my couch.
