After a lot of research and review digging, I purchased this Wonder Core machine to aide in my workout plan. I am disabled, but still take fitness very seriously - being 32 years old and hoping to have many more years to go. I suffer from disabilities in my neck, shoulder, ribs, lower back, and leg. I am able to use this machine daily, and due to its support, I have been able to achieve many more fitness goals than I imagined. It is designed to last, the stitching and mat are solid. It does not wobble, squeak, or slide around. The foam pieces are sturdy and do not move around during movement. Assembly was ridiculously easy, as is storage. You have the choice to add more or less tension, using the two knobs on the back side. It's nice to customize each arm, as one of my legs is much worse than the other. I can ease up on one half if I need to. The size is ideal for a broad range - I am 5'1, 118 lbs and have no problem. My husband is 6'0 and 220 and he has no problem either. He is able to use this machine daily as a big part of his own fitness journey. Since we both share the unit, switching tension settings is a breeze and takes only seconds to do. Included in the box is a manual guide for workouts. I love that there are multiple ways to use the Wonder Core - it's definitely not just for sit ups. You can get a whole body workout with just one piece of equipment. The only problem we have both had was doing push ups. There is no comfortable way to do them, we've each tried and it's super awkward. However, the other exercises were completely fine. I would absolutely recommend the Wonder Core to anyone looking for a multi-purpose unit to their home gym set up.

Best home gym equipment ever, and I have tried them all. I 100% recommend this to everyone from beginner to Intermediate+ or Advanced -. It is fully assembled, good to go in less than 2 minutes. You can find and use almost any muscle with this. For any of us who have tried a barre class and the instructor says squeeze this muscle and you can't find that muscle or any other, this is for you! It is also good looking, fun to use and very sturdy/stable/comfortable to use. Every time I walk by it, I try another type of exercise. It is very light to move around and takes up no space. I am actually shocked at how good this is.

A+++++++++++ equipment. The product announcement is that there is no assembly required. This is incorrect. There is "minor" assembly required. Manual provided with machine, and You Tube has complete film assembly and included are exercise teachers showing the various exercises with performance of exercises. The actual product DOES NOT come with a video instruction. You Tube has the entire workout AND BEST OF ALL, HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE EQUIPMENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TUBE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURER FOR ASSEMBLY. Anway, A+ for machine as a home product for workouts, i am very pleased that i purchased this. Actually a remarkable, small piece of equipment, but powerful for strengthening legs, improving circulation and strength. It is an entire body workout. You Tube not only shows in detail how to assemble the equipment (very easy to do), but on the same site and video, all exercises. This is definitely a remarkable machine. Does so many things. Wonderful. Just go to You Tube punch in name of item, and not only easy assembly instructions, with detail, but a truly easy assembly. Best of all, machine remarkable. I use it every day, and for lower body, legs, circulation, etc., but this machine is a complete body workout, depdning on how one positions oneself on the machine. Just fabulous. No assembly and sturdy. The only thing for me is that it’s just not strong enough. Could push it back easily and it was tightened all the way. If you need just a little tension or maybe a little more than that this is a good product for you. Seems to be well made I only wish I could get more tension on it.

Did a lot of research looking for something to do situps when I came across this I did a little more research and I decided to give it a try it arrived quickly no assembly required easy Peezy set up high-quality very sturdy very comfortable workout effectiveness I really felt it my arms and my stomach and I don't wanna get off it I would recommend this to anyone that is limited on space truly is a space saver it is not flimsy at all I highly highly recommended if I could give it more stars I would very high-quality workout equipment well worth the money
