It's a Bosu so you know it's the best of this type of exercise equipment. It's great for doing balance exercises. The hand pump it comes with is a joke. I spent about 15 minutes trying to inflate it and them went into the garage and used a trigger type nozzle with my air compressor to inflate it in about 30 seconds. The hand pump is better than nothing but not much better. Plan to spend plenty of time inflating this if you're using the hand pump.
