  • Fantastic All-Around Balance Trainer for Home Workouts
Color: Pink/Gray
The BOSU Balance Ball Exercise Trainer has become a staple in my home gym. Right out of the box it felt well-made and sturdy, and the 26″ size is perfect for most workouts — from balance drills to strength and core exercises. The included pump works great (no struggling with a flimsy inflator), and I appreciate that they provide guided workouts to help you get started and stay motivated. The ball holds air well and feels firm and stable when in use. Whether I’m doing planks, squats, or stability training, this trainer adds a whole new dimension to my routine and makes even simple exercises more challenging. Great for beginners and advanced users alike — and a smart investment if you want versatile equipment for home use. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Won't have to buy it twice! Unless you have multiple athletes that need to train at one time.
Color: Light Blue/Black
I’ve been using the BOSU Balance Ball for nearly ten years and can confidently say it’s one of the most reliable pieces of training equipment I own. I recently purchased additional units so multiple athletes can train simultaneously, and the quality has been just as consistent as my original. The product is well-constructed and holds up over long-term use, even with regular training demands. It’s also backed by a one-year warranty, with the option to extend under certain conditions. In my experience, though, durability has never been an issue—I’ve never needed to use the warranty. For the cost, this is an excellent value. It provides versatility for strength, balance, and core training, and is a staple in both home and professional training environments. ... show more

  • Great for improving stabilizing muscles
Color: Light Blue/Black
I used these in college frequently as a college athlete and finally decided to buy one on my own. It is a great product that builds up your stabilizing muscles in addition to whatever muscle group you are working on

  • LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
Color: Light Blue/Black
I love this item and am glad I ordered it. I read the reviews from so many who had a hard time filling it up so I was prepared for a difficult time, and it WAS difficult if you placed the ball upside down on a floor or table and tried to use the pump which kept disconnecting; so I tried something a little different. I placed the trainer upside down between the ARMS of two dining room chairs; one chair facing forward and one facing backward (to try to make sure it did not fall), being very careful that ONLY the hard plastic rim was on the arms of the chairs, and taking MUCH CARE so that it would not fall down either. You do have to take care for that. It then inflated, with the given pump, very easily. It was done in about 7-10 minutes (counting the time it took to stop, place the plug in very slightly, just enough so it doesn't pop out, not too much pressure so it doesn't cause the trainer to fall on the ground by pushing too hard on it, lift the trainer and place it on the dining room table, then measure for the proper height so that you do not over inflate, carefully place it back between the chair arms, take the plug out and continue to fill to the necessary height etc.) After the second try I got the measurement right. NOTE: I only pushed the plug in a LITTLE bit, just enough to stop the air from coming out, so that it did not fall from the chair arms with the pressure of pushing on it). When I finally had the inflation right, I placed it on the table and THEN pushed the plug in all the way. If you had a person to help you (I did not) they could hold it upside down while it was being inflated. The key seems to be that nothing should be pushing on the upside down part of the ball if you want to inflate it; at least that was what I found. Pump worked great this way. Hope this helps someone. Thank you Amazon for such a Great Product! ... show more

  • Bosu
Color: Matte Black
This took a while to air up, but it was nice to have a measure to follow on the box. I have thrown the box away, but I am pretty sure it needs more air. I could not place the plug easily, so I only learned after it was leaking air that it was not properly seated. I tried unplugging the seal the other day, and could not. I will need to try again one day, as I can tell from using Bosus at the gym and pilates class that mine is under inflated. ... show more

  • Exactly What I Wanted and Expected
Color: Light Blue/Black
I usually use a Bosu at the gym and physical therapy. At the start of the pandemic, I thought I might be extravagant in buying one for home use. I also didn't know how long the gyms would be closed! From March through September I've been working out at home without the Bosu, but in September I needed to go back to physical therapy. Sure enough, they gave me exercises involving the Bosu! I decided it was time to buy my own so I could be consistent with my PT routine at home. I'm so happy I got it! It's easy to setup and I slide it under my elevated sofa when I'm done, though you could also hide it under a bed if you wanted to, if you don't have the luxury of a proper home gym area. I've been working out in my living room. I have to admit, I refuse to use the manual pumps and this is not my first inflatable piece of equipment. I have to balance balls that I take with me when I travel, so I have a little portable electric pump. The Bosu inflated quickly with the pump. I can't say how easily it inflates with the manual pump it comes with. Some users say it doesn't come with the DVDs and wall chart promised. They don't read directions. It doesn't come with hard copies, it comes with digital copies. Inside the box are the Owner's Manual, directions for extending your warranty, and directions for downloading your free DVD download and free wall chart. I actually like this better than it coming with the hard copies—The poster would be folded and creased and the DVD would be subject to break. You can keep the digital copies on your phone, your computer, your tablet, or all of the above. It's quite convenient. Also, when you log on to the Bosu website, you can CHOOSE which of several DVD options you'd like to use your promo code for. Again, pretty sweet. All and all, I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend using a Bosu with supervision. If you're purchasing the Bosu and have never worked on one with a therapist or trainer before, be cautious. Doing an exercise carelessly or incorrectly may result in injury. This is a device that's meant to push your balance abilities, so falling or rolling your ankle or wrist are all risks that come with using this unsupervised. ... show more

  • Very dIfficult to fIll. Cheap pump and plug. Cannot be filled completely with supplied pump.
Color: Blue/Green
A high price for what you receive. Most of the negative reviews here are accurate. The overall weight of the product and the construction appear robust. However, the product is very difficult to fill. I was unable to fill it completely using the supplied pump. The hand pump is very, very cheap. It is ineffective for filling the ball. Air leaks from the pump as well as the fill valve while you are trying to pump up the product. It is slow going and took well over 10 minutes of pumping with air leaking out continuously from the pump as well as the "valve". The pump falls out many times and as you try to fill as the pressure builds, the leaking pump and valve get worse. I was able to get the ball to about 9" of height but, there is no real way to tell. Measuring the height of a round object at its peak requires a long level and some dexterity to say the least. Propping it against a wall to measure it is about all you can do and that is a hit or miss proposition if the base inst square to the wall. I am reading in the reviews the ball does not hold air. I wouldn't doubt this as the "valve" is just a hole in the bottom that requires a push in plug that is easily lost. This is another problem because after 10 minutes of pumping, the air rushes out when you remove the pump and try to install the cheap push in plug. You have to scramble to get the plug in as the air is rushing back out much faster than it goes in. I really wonder where the "thousands" of positive reviews came from. If you cant effectively fill it up, how can it actually reviewed? The pump and fill plug assembly are poorly designed and not effective. I would pass on this product. For what it costs you would expect a MUCH better way to fill and seal it. I do not think the plug will hold air for long. ... show more
