I've been using it regularly and it's holding up really well. The key factor for me was the depth - higher than a skillet so big batches of a recipe are no problem. The non-stick surface is perfect, and I like the white for cooking (vs a black surface). It's got just enough heft to it that you know it's made well, yet it's easy to handle. It's go a nice heavy bottom that ought not curve up over time like thinner pans do. The only drawback I'm almost ashamed to admit to is that it's not fit for tossing in the dishwasher -- because of the wood handles. But the non-stick surface makes clean-up a breeze, so there really isn't anything to complain about. I think you're gonna love it too!

These ceramic non-stick pans work just as advertised. They are truly non-stick and washing them is a breeze. Just a quick wipe with the soft side of cleaning sponge and soapy water, and boom. They are clean. I'm also a fan of having no multi-letter complex chemicals or toxic metals added to my meals. We use them daily on an induction cooktop and have had no problems at all. The inclusion of a glass lid was just icing on the cake. Nice that they are extra deep to minimize spatter. We bought the 8-inch pan with lid as well, and it's great for small items like eggs, sausages, or omelets.

This has become my favorite pan, and I own All-Clad. It is sturdy, non-stick, and the see-through lid is a big plus. It heats evenly and quickly on my induction stove. The wooden handles on the pan and lid feel so smooth and contoured that they're pleasures to hold. They never get hot or warm. The spouted edges on either side make pouring off liquids easy and mess-free whether you're left or right-handed. So far, the non-stick surface releases food easily and is easy to clean. And the lack of interior rivets means no food caking on them. The size is great (though the bottom surface is about 10", not the full 12 - but this is with most pans.) and the depth greatly reduces the chance of spilling food over the sides. So why not 5 stars? I hate taking away a star for this truly fantastic pan but a helper handle would make a difference. The pan is light enough to use one-handed, but heavy enough that a second handle would be very appreciated. And while the lid is a sturdy, well-fitting one, I fear its metal rim will/could scratch and erode away the pan's ceramic surface around the lip. As with all non-sticks, time will tell whether the coating ages poorly, and I'll try to remember to update this review if that happens, but for now, despite the negatives above, this is a pleasure to cook with and I recommend it highly.

I have had this for about four months and it is my favorite pan. It’s the perfect size for what I need. It cleans easily. I use it almost every day. I love the look and feel. It’s thick and sturdy without being heavy. The handle is solidly attached and feels great. If you can only buy just one pan buy this one. It’s a great value.

Is it possible to love a piece of cookware? This pan is simply amazing. My last set of ceramic coated pans were starting to get chips and flakes so they had to go. I wasn't sure I would do ceramic again and have been using stainless steel and cast iron, but sometimes I really want something that is non-stick. This is it! It is just perfect. Heats evenly, cooks extremely well and looks beautiful enough to leave out if you want to. Love it so much I got the 8" as well. Just get it!
