  • Great product
I love it so far haven’t had any problems. It’s very powerful. It’s very durable and I love what it does for my grass.

  • Do Not purchase this mower
This product is a piece of garbage. The 1 speed it has nearly drug me across the lawn! I'm almost 74 years old and I almost fell trying to use it. I managed to get some of my mowing done, but today, the 2nd time I'm using it, the self propelled function stopped working and when I started it up it was smoking. I DON'T recommend this mower. Therefore it doesn't even merit 1 star rating. ... show more

  • Zensi mower 3-1 cut with settings.
Just got today and used it and it seems to be a pretty good mower.

  • Best mower
Best lawn mower I have had in my life. Took me 15 minutes to figure out the self-propelled part, but I love it.

  • Self-propel does NOT work
I am sorry to say that I have started a return with Amazon for this item. This model is equipped with self-propel, but when you depress the appropriate lever- it does NOT engage self-propel. *Note: I experienced this issue directly out of the box and within the 30 day Amazon return policy. If you order this- please assemble and test it promptly, as I am not sure what would happen to you after the 30 day return window. I’d personally recommend that you just have a go with an on-site big box store, or your local hardware guys, because this item is very heavy and will be quite an inconvenience/embarrassment to return via Amazon’s return options. (Not to mention the need to drain/waste fuel and oil).) I am highly disappointed. ... show more

  • Problems with self propelled function, poor customer service response
I’ve had lawnmower less than 30 days. The self propelled drive belt has broken. I placed a phone call to customer service, received a reference #, sent them 2 emails with all the information required, and heard nothing back from tech support. I have now called customer service a second time and was told my issue would be “ escalated “. I’m sorry I purchased this lawn mower. ... show more

  • Didn't meet expectations - Mostly because of the engine choice
Mower Pros: Easy assembly – just fold out the handle and use the large orange fasteners to clamp on the bolt. Solid steel deck with a deck washout quick connect. Both deck and handle seemed to be made from steel thick enough to last many years. Easy height adjustment – this was important to me because we have two different grasses which require different cutting heights. Cons: Speed control handle range too far. Hard to slow down without completely releasing the handle. Felt like I had to try to keep a hold on it and that caused me to always carry a little forward motion, which felt unsafe. Front and rear axle widths are different. The left side of the mower has the wheels aligned but the right side has them offset. This seemed to cause a “row” of uncut grass to appear every time I’d reverse direction. Now, I think it was just the two different tire marks. Also made it difficult to clear objects until I figured out that on the right side you can’t guide off the front wheel. Engine Pros: Lots of horsepower. No trouble mulching a slightly overgrown yard since I couldn’t cut it until this mower arrived! Good mulching capability with the blade supplied. Even with the extra height, the clippings were shredded and dropped to the ground – didn’t sit on top of the grass. Cons: I didn’t like this engine at all. In the past, I’ve had pretty good luck with Briggs & Stratton. This one seemed to “fuel starve” both on a hill and sometimes in a rapid turn. The engine would cut out and struggle to keep running. I thought I wasn’t holding the “safety” lever tight enough and found myself struggling with that. It seemed to run best with more than ½ tank of fuel. Then, I could typically cut both directions on our slight hill. I’m pretty sure this is a problem with the engine/fuel tank design. This was the second mower I tried with the exact same engine, and both behaved the same. Supplier: I reported my problem to the seller. They approved the return and helped me get the rather large box back to them. I’d order from this company again; it wasn’t their fault the product performed below expectations. ... show more
