    • Terrific Rehab machine
This treadmill has exceeded all my expectations, so far. I've only had it out of the box & up & running for a couple of days, but I am very impressed. I like the .2 MPH starting speed and the handrails in front and on both sides, for safety. Right out of the box, mine runs smooth and silent. Very sturdy construction, and will definitely handle a 240 lb guy (me) without breaking a sweat. This is the only machine I found that addressed ALL of my issues, for UNDER $4,000.00 - and that's no joke. If you need a treadmill for Rehab from a stroke, or for the elderly, grab this one. My other Exerpeutic machine (recumbent bicycle) is still functioning perfectly and silently, after one full year of fairly heavy use. Good company. UPDATE 3/30/2022 Repeat all the above. I have used this machine nearly every day for the past couple of years, and it's held up fine! I have oiled the belt twice - that's it. For a few days one week it made a very faint sound like it was rubbing on something, but I could not find anything wrong, then the noise went away by itself (shrug). A fantastic and durable machine for this price point. Buy it! UPDATE 9/3/2023 I have had this treadmill for over 3 years and used it approx. 5 days per week, with no mishaps. It is in as good shape today, as when I bought it. I think a product THIS GOOD, deserves a revisiting on the Review, and I will continue to do so as the years wear on.     • Excellent Treadmill - Built Sturdy and Designed With Safety Features
My mother is in her late 80’s and had not exercised for many years. She is now exercising regularly thanks to new motivation and the design of this treadmill. The full length padded hand rails and low deck height on this sturdy piece of equipment provide easy-on easy-off safety and inspire confidence! Assembly is simple. Customer support is excellent. The motor is very quiet with only a minor gear whine at the 1.6 and 3.2 speeds. Easy to read and use digital display and controls. The speeds are well graduated and perfect for rehabilitative use or by anyone just starting a walking program. You will not run on this machine but you can walk fast enough for even conditioned users to get an intense workout! The neutral color blends well with any decor. The cup holders’ angles are a little awkward (pointing the tops of bottles slightly back toward the user) but hold onto things well. Overall a solid 4+ rating. The fact that my mother is actually USING this treadmill REGULARLY (due mainly to her motivation and this treadmill’s design), raises my rating to 5 stars! ... show more

It’s fabulous. Sturdy & well-made. MUCH better than we anticipated. I’ve always bought full size treadmills but since they all now have minimal handrails we bought this. I was skeptical that smaller size & lower price would be as good BUT even my husband loves it. And it’s unbelievably quiet! It’s far safer with its long handrails, & even has a comfortable front handrail. I was worried it wld be too small & narrow but it’s absolutely as comfortable as big expensive machine. Phenomenal machine for my octogenarian husband (or for any walker up to 5mph, really). Quiet, extremely safe. But, I’ll admit, it took a LOT of effort for these two seniors to move it and put it together. If you can get a couple of strong young people to set it up, I’d do it. But it’s worth it with all the emergency shutoffs. Gives me peace of mind ... show more

I ordered two of these and returned both. The first one would run for about three seconds before an error code came on the screen. The second one would turn on, but it had a flickering screen and did not turn on. When calling the support number found on the Exerpeutic Website and through Amazon, it appears that the number is no longer valid. Do not buy this machine. I wasted four hours of my own time assembling, disassembling and then shipping two of these. ... show more
