I think they are very cool! We have an extra room, with a ping pong table in it. But don't have a ceiling light...and I am too cheap to do anything permanent yet. So I bought these as supplemental light in this room. They aren't as bright as I had hoped...but are a really neat decoration...and the remote works fine...they change colors and all. I’ve had these for about a year now. Had to buy some sticky wall mounts after a while to keep them stuck to the plastic parts of my car. Looks so cool at night. Requires a lot of batteries for all of them. But I have not changed them once. I use these quite often when driving at night. I’m so glad this came with 2 remotes! ... show more

I like that they're cheap and easy to install. They don't all respond to the remote control, though. Some will come on, some won't; they'll come on with different colors. Same thing when you try to turn them off - they won't all turn off. So, if you want to use strictly with the push-on/off option, then these are great. If you want the convenience of the remote - consider purchasing a different brand. ... show more
