This is a really cool costume. The jacket fits perfect, but pants are really long. It does come with a lot of accessories. More than I expected. It's made really well and good material. Definitely not the thin polyester type of costume. My son had a huge smile while trying it on.

I absolutely LOVE this costume and the company!!!! I bought this costume hoping it would have the gun with it and the company said they would send me one if the costume came without one. It came with the gun so no worries there but they get 5 stars alone for being willing to do that!!! Now to the costume itself! Oh my word is it amazing!!!! Quality first: The fabric is not typical costume fabric I could honestly let my son go outside in it with nothing under and it would be no different then wearing normal clothes. I love that the shirt has the Velcro lining almost the whole length to close the shirt versus just sections of it. It stays on much better and the buttons that are for show are so well on the shirt there is no way they are coming off! The letters the patches everything is wonderful! The handcuffs that came with it are way better quality than you can get if you buy a cheap pair at say the dollar tree like I did. The whistle works great the gun is super fun for my son to use and even tho the wallow talkie is made of soft plastic it's still perfect. The hat is wonderful I love that it has a plastic piece to keep the shape versus cheap cardboard and it looks great on!! The belt is long especially for kids but it is great material and it doesn't ruin the experience it has loops to help keep the extra length in place. Next what you get for price: So for 25$ essentially you get not only a well made police costume but you get the handcuffs the whistle the gun the gun holster and a wallow talkie. Typically you have to buy all that extra and I love that you don't!!! Cons since people always want at least some cons :) Size is a little off. I bought the small which says for kids 5-7 and I bought that size on purpose hoping the costume could be used next year. My son is 5 but wears 4t in short/pants and xs (4/5) in shirts and the top to the costume fits almost perfect. It goes to his bottom and the sleeves are actually slightly short. The pants I roll at the hip once and with his rain boots on the length is perfect. So I don't imagine any normal sized 6 or 7 year old would fit the small very well. I would recommend going a size up from the small if you have an average sized 6 or 7 year old. Only other thing I would say is a con is that there is no place on the costume for the wallow talkie to go so it could easily get lost. Solution though is get Velcro and Velcro it to the top right of the chest like a cop would have. Which is what I did and he is able to take it on and off but it doesn't fall off on it's own so no getting lost. Love love love the costume thank you so much joyin toy for selling it!!!!!!!

Ordered for my 7 year old son for Halloween -he LOVED it! Quality was much better than the super thin/flimsy material typically seen on kid's Halloween costumes and you also receive the accessories with this costume, so it's a great value. Costume definitely runs small (as most Halloween costumes do) and the 8-10 sizing fit him perfectly -he was a solid size 7, so I cannot imagine a child who wears anything larger than an 8 being able to wear this sized costume. Accessories are dollar store quality, but are super cute and work well with the costume. I used velcro to attach the walkie talkie to his shirt and the whole look was adorable. I paid almost 3 times this amount for his firefighter costume and this one may not have been 'heavy duty' quality like that one, but it didn't look 'cheap' at all and was JUST as cute in my opinion. I also preferred the lighter material on this one as we are in FL and he was super hot in the firefighter costumer, since it's typically 80 degrees on Halloween for us. As some other reviewers have stated, the costume does come with a toy plastic gun ---I solved this by simply not allowing him to take that particular accessory with him to school when he wore the costume (he still wore the holster, but just kept it empty) and I did allow him to wear it on Halloween night when I was with him, but just made sure that he understood the gun had to stay IN the holster at all times. Obviously, you can decide to just remove it altogether if this is your preference and voila-problem solved.

This was the perfect Halloween costume for my five year old!! It came with so many gadgets that he has loved clipping to the belt. I got a size small and it fit him fine, although there was some room to grow into.

Overall a really good kids costume! One disappointment - the belt was missing so we’ll need to figure that out to make some of the accessories part of the costume. The fit was true to size, fabric was comfortable and not cheap feeling, the accessories and styling make this fun. We’re looking forward to using it!

Solid. First online costume that has blown me away. Nice material, so many added gadgets that kids will love that light up and make noises. He looked so legit and he was thrilled. The costume was a little large but with boots it didn't matter.

This is a really good costume! The fabric isn't thin and cheap like a typical Halloween costume. There are a lot of good-looking accessories: walkie talkie, handcuffs, sunglasses, baton, gun, holster, radar, badge, whistle, red/blue flashing light. It's the full uniform too: shirt, pants, belt, & hat. It's easy to put on, with velcro down the front of the shirt, but fake buttons to make it look real. The shirt pockets are real. I can't believe how inexpensive it is for how good it is.
