Description

The tubing that goes in water bottle is stainless steel. The water cooler has a shut off valve if it overheats. Also the removable drap tray is easy to clean. You can see 2 switches on the rear panel. The green one is cold water button and the red one is hot water button. When the light goes off, it means the hot/ cold water is ready I received a damaged/wrong item. Please send photos of damaged product and shipping label to us and we will send a replacement It doesn't have a self-cleaning button This water cooler doesn't have a self-cleaning button or indicator but you can see a UV lamp on the water tank. It will keep working as long as the machine is plugged in. The water tastes weird. As with most new appliances , there is often a plastic taste upon initial start-up of the unit. To remove this taste ,please clean the water cooler with citric acid and completely drain it with no water source attached after the citrus solution. The water cooler didn't work. Please specify the issue and we will send the pre-paid return label if the machine is defective. If possible , please send the photos or videos to us I want to return item. The Soopyk water dispenser, model: BY1185 arrived on time. Even though No manual included anywhere in box, it was simple to set up. This dispenser is well made and blends in with my other stainless appliances. It was very quiet for about 2 weeks, but now, you can definitely hear it. The hot water is hot, the cold is cold and having the water bottle on the bottom is great! I’m a tea drinker and love having hot, hot water with the push of a button. WARNING DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE PLASTIC TASTE IN YOUR WATER. I bought this water dispenser thinking what a great idea, bottom fill and water gets cleaned on its own. Great, all those functions work fantastic except the wateer tasted like crap!!!!!!! platic taste. I contacted the seller and the sent my a 5 page manual on how to take the dispenser apart to clean the parts inside..I did not buy a water dispenser to take it apart and clean the inside!!!!! GREAT COOLER WORKS BUT WATER LITERALLY TASTE LIKE PLASTIC!!!!! I HAVE drank from many water dispensers that have plastic parts but never tasted like plastic!! is it even safe to drink??? DO NOT BUY. Overall, I’m very happy with this water cooler. It looks modern and clean, and it fits nicely in my space. The bottom load feature is a big plus because I don’t have to lift heavy bottles anymore. That alone makes it worth it. The hot and cold water work well. The water gets cold fast, and the hot water is really hot, which is great for tea or coffee. I also like the child safety lock and the empty bottle alert. Those are useful features. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the noise. From time to time, it makes a noticeable sound when it’s cooling or running. It’s not constant, but you can hear it in a quiet room. Besides that, it works great and does what it’s supposed to do.
