I am really impressed with the innovative product. The concept of a self-cleaning litter box is great, and I was really excited about the health monitoring and odor removal features. The air duct system does help reduce odors, and the mat included helps keep the surrounding area cleaner. The liners make disposal easier, and the 80L capacity means it can handle a lot of litter. UPDATE: 4/5 stars! been in contact with the seller all week and thought it was a lost hope for this litter box. they kept telling me that a new app software is coming out soon and that it should be ready by the next day. i kept checking the apple app store to see what this update was and the app store showed that the last update was last week, so it was weird that the seller kept saying that there's an update. seller told me yesterday (5/22/24) that the update would happen that night and I didn't see any. today (5/23/24) right before I was about to return it, I checked the app one last time and there was an UPDATE! and it fixed the box IMMEDIATELY! Thank goodness now that I don't have to run over to UPS to return it. note that the update happened within the app itself and NOT on the app store. only giving a 4 star because of amazon's customer service... if I could, I would give it a 0 star review.... received this and set it up perfectly fine. operated fine and connected to the app. when I unplugged it and put it in the area I wanted, the fault sensor stayed red and wouldn't stop. I checked EVERYWHERE to make sure that it was on a flat surface and nothing was blocking the sensors and it wouldn't balance itself out. messaged the seller through amazon and they kept giving me stupid solutions like blow dry the sensors and take the drum out and put it back in and take the drum out and restart it and NOTHING WORK. as if I didn't try those before... impossible to contact the seller directly until ungodly hours. FINALLY connected with the seller and they're no help either with broken English. they "said" I can get a replacement from amazon and its not an option. amazon didn't do anything and only offered a refund which I don't want since I got this on sale and wouldn't get the full thing back.... don't waste your time. I hope the seller and amazon see's this review.

With this litter box, I can finally release my hands and no longer have to shove cat feces every day. All I have to do is change the bag once per week! I am also surprised by the air duct system that comes with it as it clears the smell and keeps the room fresh. The 80 L capacity of the litter box is also spacious enough for my cat. This purchase is definitely worth my money!

I went from petkit to this, the app sucks and doesnt notify. It's a little suspicious, broken English and inaccurate. So not worth the full price but if you can get it at sale for like 350, I guess it's fine. If it gets stuck if this happens just lift the top after clearing the bin. Don't reset to factory like I did. Edit: It stopped working and I've only had it for about a month. Do not buy.

So this is not my first smart litter box. I had another one before. The problem I had with the previous one was I can’t dump the litter automatically. That one only scooped out poops. apparently this one is has more functions! Finally I don’t need to lift the whole box to change litter every time. Super exciting! The other thing is the size fits better for my tiny bathroom. Easy to set up. Can’t complain about it.
