I've had two robot litter boxes in the past 2 months. Neither of them worked well at all and don't live up to the hype. This particular model leaks so badly that I might as well have a colander catching all the liquid and solid waste. For one 10 and a half year old cat I go through one roll of paper towels every 24 hours just trying to mop up the urine that leaks into my floor from around the seams of this horrible robot litter box. In the self cleaning process this thing makes a frightful amount of noise - the little rollers that the drum rotates on Stick so there's constantly the sound of whining as plastic grinds against plastic. I'm going back to a more traditional litter box, this time with a stainless steel pan for easy cleaning and no leakage. Do not buy!! ... show more

I am loving this self cleaning litter box! It’s so quiet when it rolls and dumps the cat waste. I haven’t had to clean it yet but feel like it will be a breeze. It took my cat a little while to get use to it. He would creep up and look inside but finally crawled in and used it.     • Not worth it. Get something else.
I actually have a lot of regrets about buying this. It looks sleek but it is not very functional. It will not clean itself properly. It keeps saying that a cat is approaching it and then will stop. I have to unplug it and replug it in and it still won’t clean properly. Also my cats won’t use it. I got rid of my other litter boxes and now I am stuck with this. Update: the seller did give me a full refund on the item after some correspondence. The one I received could have just been a botched one. ... show more

This thing is messy. I still have an odor issue. I have a 12 yr old cat how acclimated to the box no issues. However, the kitten is terrified of it and now deficates in front of the box and urinates on a nearby mat. The entire concept of getting this was to help with the cleaning of a litter box so frequently however, I often find I have to manually enter to have the unit clean the litter box. For this, I could just have stayed with cleaning a traditional litter pan. Ammended: I has been in contact with the seller, and after a few messages and an email, they refunded my purchase fully. Absolute garbage. Don’t buy this. It said that it would come with a deodorizer spray as well as extra rolls of bags. It didn’t. It also didn’t come with a power cord to use the litter box or the mat. Sending it back the same day I received it. What a joke of a seller and product.

While this litter box looked great, it did not function properly. The sensors were off and kept saying my kitten was entering even when he wasn’t. What did it for me was when my kitten was inside and it started to self clean with him in it. I had to pull him out before he was seriously hurt. My kitten is definitely of the recommended weight. It also does not contain litter well and it gets everywhere. I returned it. It is definitely a no for me! ... show more
