Love the automatic litter box. Works smooth, no more daily scooping, and makes life a breeze. We loved it so much that we have one in our house and one in the RV. With the app on our phone we can operate and control both litter boxes separately from where ever we might be. In the details we can see which cat is using the box by weight, the time it's used and when it cleaned after each use. It even tells you when to empty the holding bin. It has a huge holding bin. I have 5 cats and the app tells me approximately every 5-6 days that the litter box has to be emptied. I have had other electric cat boxes that worked decent but I have one cat that refused to use it. She didn't like the noise but this box she loves and uses it with no problem at all on the very first day. Certainly a game changer.

EDIT: After reaching out via email, the were in contact within 24hours. Despite trouble shooting, the box still does not stay connected, however, i am able to use the manual feature to press the button to clean periodically. This isn't exactly what I desired, but after a partial refund, I guess this will do. I greatly appreciate the quick response of the company. I change my review from 1 star to 4 stars simply because the customer service was phenomenal! This thing has had more “broken” non working days than working. We have had it for not even a month and it barely does what it is supposed to. I have had to shut it off and reconnect it many times. Tested my WiFi to see if that was the issue…. Nope. Too expensive for it NOT to work!!

I was very hesitant about buying any automated litter box, this item is not cheap for a general family. I researched different ones and really liked this one for the looks, the mobile app, how low it was to the ground and the price. I really like that the app let me to know the cat's weight and how long they stay. Our cats were very curious about the liter box as I was setting it up. Since I didn’t want him to freak out I didn’t even plug it in at first. I added the litter and they went in immediately. I later plugged it in but kept it on manual mode. This way the cats wouldn’t see it randomly start moving after they used it. After a couple days they would watch me manually hit the clean function as they watched with great curiosity. So I finally turned on the auto clean function. I’m keeping it at 20 minutes after they use it because they recommend allowing the litter to dry up before it spins around so it doesn’t create a mess. I highly recommend keeping it at 20-30 minutes. (I originally kept it at 50 minutes but noticed sometimes it needs to be cleaned faster. Overall I like it and recommend it. Haven’t had any issues yet!

I can’t give the product a 5 star because sadly there was an issue with the product. Customer service try to be helpful at solving the problem and once they determined there was an issue with the product, they were willing to refund the cost.

The media could not be loaded. As a three cats household, having automatic litter boxes is worth every penny. Our cats had no issues adjusting to using it and our Cat Litter Robot is working great in it. The APP controls work great and it was easy to figure out how to set everything up. Maybe because of the inner aromatherapy boxes, the odor control is excellent. Visually, this box is more appealing than the Litter Robot as well; it looks like a mini washing machine and the entry hole is much low, which seems to help different-size cats, as well. It is very quiet while it is running. We are very happy with this box and would highly recommend it to any cat owner. I was one of those who scoffed at those who claimed that having an automatically scooping cat box was worth the money until I had one...it is. I promise.

This is one of those luxuries that every cat, especially the owners must have. It's a bit pricey, but worth the investment. No more scooping with a scooper, the auto clean and bags makes cleaning up pretty easy. Definitely one of the best investments I've made in recent years. The product is sturdy and well built. However, your cat may need some help getting acquainted with it. I left some catnip in and around the box before use.

The media could not be loaded. Had this product for a month and haven’t had one issue. Both my cats love it and it’s nice to be able to program the litter box to delay the cleaning after the use it. I use pretty litter and it’s great with this machine as it consistently mixes while cleaning. I like that it uses inexpensive liners unlike other products. I love that there is no cat smell anymore!
