The door stopped working properly so it clicked in a stuck position which my cat was afraid of. We bought it in December of 23 but didn't put it to use until a month ago because we were remodeling and it is not worth the money .....door don't work, litter comes through the cracks , the rubber pieces fall out when the cleaning mechanism does its thing . Wast of alot if money just to have to go back to a regular litterbox

I have 7 cats and it's a full bag almost every day or other day it cleans amazing using normal clumping clay litter the app works.. Also for a full clean the steps come out and the tub container can be removed to clean any stuck on litter 2 months with no issues at the moment

This product states it's for multiple cats, we have 2 cats and had to manual heavy clean the unit every 3 days. After two weeks of what seems to be more of a chore from our old litter box. We came home to find our cats had to make other means to relieve them selves, because the box could not stay adequate for 24 hours. They defecated outside of the box, as shown in the picture and sat inside an old empty box to pee. We are going back to Tidy Breeze box. We cleaned And packed this one up and returned it ASAP

I’ll start off by saying that this liter box has simplified my life. I’m no longer scooping the liter box multiple times a day. My cats started using it right away, they are not scared of it. I did buy it because one person said that their large 25lb cat would fit in it. My 25lb cat is too big for it but my 18lb cat fits fine. With that being said, it keeps breaking on me. I have had to replace the rake already due to it breaking, it’s only a couple of months old. I had to tighten the screws because the lid wouldn’t stay shut. I would not buy this liter box again, thankfully I got it while it was on sale. I’m still very disappointed.
